Claims (1)
- 互いに対向配置されると共に複数の締結部材により互いに結合された一対の基板の間に封入物質が封入された構造の電子デバイスにおいて、前記一対の基板の間に介装されて前記封入物質の周囲を封止するガスケットであって、厚さが一定で、前記締結部材の近傍で相対的に幅が広く、前記締結部材から離れるほど相対的に幅が狭くなるように、周方向に接触幅が徐々に異なる形状に形成されたことを特徴とする電子デバイス用ガスケット。
