本実施例では、以下の反応:
本実施例の方法、及び処方は、実施例1と、全く同じであるが、銅源は、裸輝(bare bright)銅ワイヤーチョップであった。銅は、実施例1の銅粉末のように、溶液を通じて均一に分散させることが可能なサイズ、及び濃度であった。銅は、ビーカーの底1/3にとどまり、そして混合により、動き回った。試験の間、同じ転移を、実施例1と同様に、本試験を通じて観察したが、非常に遅い速度であった。24時間後、目視で、約50%の銅を、塩基性塩化銅に変換した。反応の32時間後、ビーカーの内容物が、典型的な緑色の塩基性塩化銅に変化したが、ビーカーの底に、まだ目視できる銅金属が、まだ存在した。分析は、銅の、塩基性塩化銅の70%の変換を示した。
本実施例では、塩基性塩化銅を、銅ロッドミルスケール(銅ロッド製造由来の副産物)から生成した。銅ロッドミルスケールは、粒状であり、そして亜酸化銅、及び酸化銅のバランスで、約50重量%の銅を含んだ。使用する材料の銅アッセイは、約87.46重量%の銅であった。
本実施例では、パイロット規模の試験を行い、HClの代わりに、塩化第二銅を使用して、銅片を、塩基性塩化銅に変換した。塩基性塩化銅を、塩化第二銅を、銅金属と、以下の反応:
Claims (9)
- 銅金属から微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法であって、前記方法が、以下のステップ:
(a)
i)銅金属;
ii)塩酸、及び/又は塩化第二銅の一つ;及び
iii)酸化剤;を反応物として設けるステップ:並びに、
(b)上記i)、ii)、及びiii)の反応物を、下記式
ここで、上記ステップ(b)の反応により、動物飼料混合物に添加でき動物に与えることができる医薬的に許容される微量栄養素サプリメントとしての三塩基性塩化銅の使用を妨げる副産物なく、三塩基性塩化銅(Cu 2 (OH) 3 Cl)を形成させる、前記方法。 - 前記銅金属が、金属材料の銅を含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記銅金属が、スクラップ、又は廃棄銅を含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において、前記反応物は前記反応式(ii)又は(iii)に従って銅金属、並びに塩酸及び塩化第二銅の一つと反応して反応混合物を形成し、そして酸素が、前記反応混合物に注入される、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記酸素の注入が、前記反応の間の、前記銅金属の沈殿を妨げる、請求項4に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)における反応は、180°Fの温度で行われる、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)における反応は、前記反応物を撹拌しながら行われる、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記形成された三塩基性塩化銅が、スラリーを含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
- 前記スラリーが、噴霧乾燥される、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素サプリメントを作るための方法。
