Claims (5)
- 電気機器とともに使用されるアーク発生検知装置であって、
電気機器の直流電源ラインに属する接続部位におけるアーク発生時に放射されるアーク光を検知するアーク光検知部と、
前記アーク光検知部よりの信号に基づいて、当該信号が所定の閾値以上の電位になる間隔を計測し、当該間隔が不規則である場合に、さらに秒単位でその発生回数を計測し、記憶手段に記憶された所定の閾値と比較して、前記計測した回数が前記閾値以上になったとき、アーク光の揺らぎが発生したと判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記アーク光検知部がアーク光の揺らぎを検知したと判定された場合、アーク発生検知信号を外部へ出力する信号出力部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするアーク発生検知装置。 - 前記直流電源ラインに、前記電気機器に電力を供給する電源に電気的に接続される電源側端子と、前記電気機器に電気的に接続される負荷側端子と、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子との間に介在され、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子とを電気的に接続する閉状態と、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子とを電気的に分離する開状態とを切り替える接点と、外部から入力される信号に応じて前記接点を開状態にする接点開放部とを備える開閉器が介在され、
前記信号出力部は、前記判定部により前記アーク光検知部がアーク光を検知したと判定された場合、前記アーク発生検知信号を前記開閉器に入力して前記接点を開状態にする、請求項1に記載のアーク発生検知装置。 - 前記アーク光検知部が電子管又は光半導体センサである請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアーク発生検知装置。
- 直流電源ラインに電気的に接続される電源側端子と、
前記直流電源ラインからの電力が供給される負荷に電気的に接続される負荷側端子と、
前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子との間に介在され、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子とを電気的に接続する閉状態と、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子とを電気的に分離する開状態とを切り替える接点と、
アーク発生時に放射されるアーク光を検知するアーク光検知部と、
前記アーク光検知部よりの信号に基づいて、分析手段が前記アーク光検知部よりの信号が所定の閾値以上の電位になる間隔を計測し、当該間隔が不規則である場合に、さらに秒単位でその発生回数を計測し、記憶手段に記憶された所定の閾値と比較して、前記計測した回数が前記閾値以上になったとき、アーク光の揺らぎが発生したと判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記アーク光検知部がアーク光の揺らぎを検知したと判定された場合、前記接点を開状態にする接点開放部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする開閉器。 - 前記接点開放部が、
前記判定部からの信号に応じて接点を閉状態から開状態に駆動する駆動部と、
前記駆動部を作動させる電源回路と、
を備える請求項4に記載の開閉器。
