Claims (3)
- 車両の燃料供給の圧力を低圧に減圧する高圧レギュレータであって、
出口ポート12に連通されるバランス溝28を介して、スプール25の下部に低圧を形成するボディー10と、
前記スプール25の低圧が維持されるように、ボディー10上に収容され、ばね付勢式のシールに気密力強化のための補助部を有するシール部材30とを含み、
前記シール部材30は、胴部31と、胴部31の上方で、弾性部35を収容するように、胴部31の上方に延在する羽部32とを備えた構造であり、
前記シール部材30の前記補助部は、前記ボディー10に接するように前記胴部31の一側に挿入されているO−リング42と、前記胴部31の底面に収容される、重ねて設けられた2つのバックアップリング44とを含んでおり、
前記シール部材30の羽部32に収容される弾性部35は、W字状断面のばねを用いる、
ことを特徴とする水素燃料電池車両用レギュレータのシーリング構造。 - 前記シール部材30の補助部は、羽部32の外周面に多段の段差46を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素燃料電池車両用レギュレータのシーリング構造。
- 前記シール部材30の補助部は、胴部31の底面から側面に延在するフランジ48を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素燃料電池車両用レギュレータのシーリング構造。
