Description
セラミック前駆体樹脂を有するセル状構造を画定する繊維構造体を含浸するステップと、
セル状構造の最終形状に一致する湾曲形状を有するツーリング上にセル状構造の繊維構造体を保持しながら、セラミック前駆体樹脂を重合するステップと、
前記構造体のセルを閉じるようにセル状構造を第1および第2のスキンと合体させるステップであり、各スキンが、セラミック前駆体樹脂で含浸される繊維構造体によって形成され、各スキンが、前記スキンの樹脂を重合する前または後に前記セル状構造に合体されるステップと、
セル状構造ならびに第1および第2のスキンによって構成されるアセンブリを熱分解するステップと、
化学蒸気浸透(CVI)によって前記アセンブリを高密度化するステップと
を含む。

ニッティング、
フェルティング、
糸またはトウの単方向(UD)シート、あるいは、たとえばスティチングによって、化学結合剤を使用することによって、またはニードリングによって、複数のUDシートを異なる方向に重ね合わせ、UDシートを一緒に接合することによって得られる、多方向(nD)シート
などの、さまざまな種類および形状から成ることができる。
Claims (10)
- 湾曲形状の音響減衰パネル(10)を製造する方法であって、
セル状構造(150)を画定する繊維構造体(100)をセラミック前駆体樹脂で含浸するステップと、
セル状構造(150)の最終形状に対応する湾曲形状を有するツーリング(400)上に繊維構造体(100)を保持しながら、セラミック前駆体樹脂を重合するステップと、
セル状構造(150)を、前記セル状構造のセルを閉じるように第1および第2のスキンと合体させるステップであり、各スキンが、セラミック前駆体樹脂で含浸される繊維構造体(200;300)によって形成され、各スキンが、前記スキンの樹脂を重合する前または後に前記セル状構造に合体されるステップと、
セル状構造ならびに第1および第2のスキンによって構成されるアセンブリを熱分解するステップと、
化学蒸気浸透によって前記アセンブリを高密度化するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 2つのスキンのうちの少なくとも1つが、スキンの含浸樹脂を重合する以前にセル状構造(150)に合体されること、および、合体ステップの後にかつ熱分解ステップの前に前記スキンの樹脂を重合するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つのスキンのうちの1つが、スキンを通過する針(510)を有するツーリング(500)上に配置され、セル状構造(150)が、前記スキンに穿孔を作るようにツーリング上に配置される前記スキンと合体されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 2つのスキンのうちの少なくとも1つの樹脂が、セル状構造(150)との合体前に重合され、前記スキンが、セル状構造の湾曲形状に類似する湾曲形状を有するツーリング(400)上に重合中に保持されること、および、少なくともセラミック前駆体樹脂を含む接着剤が、スキンと接触することになるセル状構造の一部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤が、耐熱材料の粉末によって構成される固体充填剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1のスキンが、セル状構造(150)に合体されること、および、第2のスキンをセル状構造に合体させる以前に、本方法が、複数の穿孔を第1のスキンに作るステップを含み、第2のスキンが、複数の穿孔を作る前記ステップの後にセル状構造に合体されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- セル状構造(150)を画定する伸張可能な繊維構造体(100)を作るステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸張可能な繊維構造体(600)が、3次元織りによって、または多層織りによって作られることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- セル状体の、およびスキンの繊維構造体(100、200、300)が、炭化珪素繊維から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- セル状構造の、およびスキンの含浸樹脂が、炭化珪素前駆体樹脂であること、および、高密度化ステップが、炭化珪素の化学蒸気浸透を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
