Claims (13)
- エラストマー製品用の強度部材であって、ASTM D885Mに関してそれぞれ3%の伸びにおいて100mN/(tex・%)以下の弾性率を有する少なくとも1本の低弾性率ヤーンと、少なくとも200mN/(tex・%)以上の弾性率を有する少なくとも1本の高弾性率ヤーンとを含むハイブリッドコードであり、前記ハイブリッドコードの前記全てのヤーンが撚り合され、前記ハイブリッドコードが接着剤含浸を施される強度部材において、
− 前記1本または複数本の低弾性率ヤーンが、550dtex以下の累積繊度を有し、
− 前記1本または複数本の高弾性率ヤーンが、550dtex以下の累積繊度を有し、かつ
− 前記ハイブリッドコードが5%以上の破断伸びを有する
ことを特徴とする、強度部材。 - 前記1本または複数本の低弾性率ヤーンが、250dtex以下の累積繊度を有するか、又は、前記1本または複数本の高弾性率ヤーンが、250dtex以下の累積繊度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強度部材。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードが、ポリエステル(PES)で作られた低弾性率ヤーンおよび/またはポリアミド(PA)で作られた低弾性率ヤーンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の強度部材。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードが、アラミドで作られた高弾性率ヤーンおよび/またはカーボンで作られた高弾性率ヤーンおよび/またはガラスで作られた高弾性率ヤーンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の強度部材。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードが、アラミドで作られたヤーンおよびポリエステル(PES)で作られたさらなるヤーン、またはアラミドで作られたヤーンおよびポリアミド(PA)で作られたさらなるヤーンから構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の強度部材。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードが、220dtex以下の繊度を有するアラミドヤーンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の強度部材。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードの前記ヤーンが、80〜200の撚係数αを使用して撚り合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の強度部材。
- ASTM D885Mに関して3%の伸びにおいて前記ハイブリッドコードの前記弾性率が、80mN/(tex・%)〜300mN/(tex・%)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の強度部材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエラストマー製品用の強度部材の生産方法であって、
− 前記強度部材が、ASTM D885Mに関してそれぞれ3%の伸びにおいて100mN/(tex・%)以下の弾性率を有する少なくとも1本の低弾性率ヤーンと、200mN/(tex・%)以上の弾性率を有する少なくとも1本の高弾性率ヤーンとを含むハイブリッドコードであり、
− 前記ハイブリッドコードの前記全てのヤーンが撚り合され、
− 前記ハイブリッドコードに接着プロモーターが塗布され、
− 次いで前記ハイブリッドコードが100℃〜200℃の温度で乾燥され、
− 乾燥後に前記ハイブリッドコードが200℃〜250℃の温度で熱延伸され、かつ
− 熱延伸後に前記ハイブリッドコードが残留応力下で100℃〜200℃で弛緩する
方法において、
− 前記1本または複数本の低弾性率ヤーンが、550dtex以下の累積繊度を有し、
− 前記1本または複数本の高弾性率ヤーンが、550dtex以下の累積繊度を有し、
− 前記ハイブリッドコードが、乾燥の間、5〜50mN/texの引張応力に曝され、
− 前記ハイブリッドコードが、10mN/tex〜60mN/texの引張応力に曝されながら熱延伸を受け、かつ
− 前記ハイブリッドコードが、0mN/tex〜30mN/texの引張応力下で弛緩する
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記低弾性率ヤーンが、ポリエステルもしくはポリアミドで作られたヤーンであること、および/または前記高弾性率ヤーンが、アラミドもしくはガラスもしくはカーボンで作られたヤーンであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 使用される前記接着プロモーターが、レゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒドラテックス(RFL)、イソシアナート型接着システム、またはエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドコードを空気入り車両タイヤ、コンベヤーベルト、駆動ベルト、ホース、および/または空気ばねのローブの強度部材として使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドコードを空気入り車両タイヤの前記ベルト包帯の強度部材として使用する方法。
