Description
Claims (14)
- カード情報に相応する時分割的磁気信号を生成する磁場発生部を含むマルチマグネチックカードにおいて、
プレートと、
前記プレートの一面上に前記プレートの長さ方向に沿って配置され、磁場の形成を通じて前記時分割的磁気信号を生成する少なくとも一つ以上のトラックを含む磁場発生部と
を含み、
前記トラックは、
電流の入力時に形成される陽極が前記時分割的磁気信号の出力方向に露出される単一の磁気セルを含み、
前記磁気セルは、
第1回路パターンが一側に具備され、第1ビアホールを具備する第1レイヤーと、
第2回路パターンが一側に具備され、第2ビアホールを具備する第2レイヤーと、
前記第1レイヤーと前記第2レイヤーとの間の空間に具備されるコア物質と
を含み、
前記第1ビアホールと前記第2ビアホールが直接マッチングされて、前記回路パターンおよび前記ビアホールを通じて前記電流が前記コア物質を中心に特定方向に巻かれて流れることを特徴とする、マルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記コア物質は、
磁性体粉末と接着剤が混合されて接着力を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記磁場発生部が一つ以上のトラックを含む場合、
前記磁気セルは、
特定大きさに切削された一つ以上の前記コア物質が前記第1レイヤー上の所定の位置に付着され、前記第2レイヤーが結合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記第1レイヤーと前記第2レイヤーが結合されて内部空間を形成し、
前記内部空間に前記コア物質が注入されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記第1レイヤーまたは前記第2レイヤー上に前記コア物質が特定の形状に直接プリントされることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。
- 前記磁気セルの前記時分割的磁気信号の出力方向側に配置されて、前記磁場の外部流出を防止する磁場遮断レイヤーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。
- カードリーダー内への挿入の有無を認識する挿入感知部をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。
- 前記挿入感知部は、
前記マルチマグネチックカードの挿入時に前記カードリーダーのヘッダーが接触する前記プレート上の特定の位置に具備される、請求項7に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記磁場発生部が複数のトラックを含む場合、
前記トラックの間の干渉防止のための遮蔽レイヤーをさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - 前記プレート内に具備されて、前記磁場発生部に特定のカード情報に相応する磁気駆動電流信号を伝達する制御部をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。
- 前記時分割的磁気信号は、
時間により前記磁気駆動電流信号の供給の有無または流れ方向の調節を通じて生成される時系列的データである可変磁場発生装置を含む請求項10に記載のマルチマグネチックカード。 - カード情報に相応する時分割的磁気信号を生成する磁場発生部を製造する方法において、
第1回路パターンが一側に具備された第1レイヤーの所定の位置にコア物質を付着する段階と、
第2回路パターンが一側に具備された第2レイヤーを前記第1回路パターンと第2回路パターンが連結される所定の位置に結合する段階と
を含み、
前記第1回路パターンと前記第2回路パターンが連結されて電流が前記コア物質を中心に特定の回転方向に巻かれて流れ、
前記コア物質は、
磁性体粉末と接着剤が混合されて接着力を具備することを特徴とする、磁気セル製造方法。 - カード情報に相応する時分割的磁気信号を生成する磁場発生部を製造する方法において、
第1回路パターンが一側に具備された第1レイヤーと第2回路パターンが一側に具備された第2レイヤーを前記第1回路パターンと第2回路パターンが連結されるように結合する段階と、
前記第1レイヤーと前記第2レイヤーが結合されて形成された内部空間にコア物質を注入する段階と
を含み、
前記第1レイヤーまたは前記第2レイヤーは結合時に前記内部空間を形成する屈曲領域を具備し、
前記第1回路パターンと前記第2回路パターンが連結されて電流が前記コア物質を中心に特定の回転方向に巻かれて流れ、
前記コア物質は、
磁性体粉末と接着剤が混合されて接着力を具備することを特徴とする、磁気セル製造方法。 - カード情報に相応する時分割的磁気信号を生成する磁場発生部を製造する方法において、
第1回路パターンおよびコア物質が具備された第1レイヤーと第2回路パターンが一側に具備された第2レイヤーを前記第1回路パターンと第2回路パターンが連結されるように結合する段階を含み、
前記コア物質は磁性体粉末と接着剤が混合されて接着力を具備し、
前記第1レイヤー上に前記コア物質が特定の形状に直接プリントされ、
前記第1回路パターンと前記第2回路パターンが連結されて電流が前記コア物質を中心に特定の回転方向に巻かれて流れることを特徴とする、磁気セル製造方法。
