Description
Claims (9)
- 入力映像を実現するための素子が備えられた表示素子層を含む複数のレイヤを有し、中立面と、前記中立面に対して曲率の内側に位置して圧縮応力が印加される第1の領域及び曲率の外側に位置して引張応力が印加される第2の領域を有する曲面(curved)表示装置において、
前記中立面における第1の表面上に積層されたレイヤに圧縮応力が印加され、前記中立面における第2の表面上に積層されるレイヤに引張応力が印加される、少なくとも1つ以上の第1の曲面部と、
前記中立面における前記第1の表面上に積層されたレイヤに引張応力が印加され、前記中立面における前記第2の表面上に積層されるレイヤに圧縮応力が印加される、少なくとも1つ以上の第2の曲面部と、
を備え、
前記第1の曲面部と前記第2の曲面部とは、その厚さが互いに相違し、前記中立面を形成するレイヤが互いに相違する、曲面表示装置。 - 前記レイヤのうち、印加される応力によりクラックが発生しやすいレイヤである予め設定されたターゲットレイヤを備え、
前記第1の曲面部のターゲットレイヤと前記第2の曲面部のターゲットレイヤとは、
前記中立面に位置するか、前記第1の領域に位置する、請求項1に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記第1の曲面部のうち、少なくともいずれか1つは、
別の第1の局面部と、その厚さ及び中立面を形成するレイヤが互いに相違する、請求項2に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記第2の曲面部のうち、少なくともいずれか1つは、
別の第1の曲面部と、その厚さ及び中立面を形成するレイヤが互いに相違する、請求項2に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記第1の曲面部のターゲットレイヤは、
前記第2の曲面部のターゲットレイヤと互いに異なるレイヤである、請求項2に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記レイヤのうち、少なくともいずれか1つは、
前記第1の曲面部と前記第2の曲面部とで互いに異なる厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記第1の曲面部と前記第2の曲面部とで互いに異なる厚さを有する2つ以上のレイヤのうち、少なくともいずれか1つのレイヤは、
前記2つ以上のレイヤの内の別のレイヤとは異なる凹凸パターンの側面形状を有する、請求項6に記載の曲面表示装置。 - 前記第1の曲面部と前記第2の曲面部とのうち、少なくともいずれか1つに備えられる追加レイヤをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の曲面表示装置。
- 平面形状を有する平面部をさらに備え、
前記平面部は、
前記第1の曲面部及び前記第2の曲面部のうち、いずれか1つと、厚さ及び中立面を形成するレイヤが互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の曲面表示装置。
