Claims (9)
- インバータと、
前記インバータの基本運転のための第1の運転モードと、緊急事態発生に対応するための第2の運転モードを設定する上位制御機と、
前記第1の運転モードが設定されると、前記インバータの電圧測定値または電流測定値が第1の条件を満たす場合、前記インバータの動作を中断し、前記第2の運転モードが設定されると、前記インバータの電圧測定値または電流測定値が第1の条件を満たす場合でも、前記インバータの動作を継続的に維持するように、前記インバータの動作を制御し、前記第2の運転モードが設定されると、前記インバータの電圧測定値または電流測定値が第2の条件を満たす場合、前記インバータの動作を中断するように、前記インバータの動作を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記インバータは、複数のインバータを含み、
前記制御部は、前記複数のインバータの各々に対応して設けられた複数の制御部を含み、
前記上位制御機は、前記複数のインバータの中から選択された一つ以上のインバータに対して前記第1の運転モードまたは前記第2の運転モードを設定し、
前記複数の制御部の各々は、該当インバータの動作を制御し、
前記上位制御機は、前記複数のインバータの各々によって駆動される負荷の全消費電力のうち、該当負荷が占める消費電力の比重に応じて、前記第1の運転モードまたは前記第2の運転モードを選択して設定する、緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。 - 前記第1の条件は、第2の条件に達していない電圧または電流過負荷、出力欠相、低電圧のうち一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 前記第2の条件は、過電流トリップの条件、過電圧トリップの条件のうち一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 前記過電流トリップの条件は、暗短絡による過電流トリップまたは出力過電流による過電流トリップが発生することを含む、請求項3に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 電圧検出部と、
電流検出部と、をさらに含み、
前記インバータは、入力される交流電源を整流して出力する整流部と、前記整流部から入力された出力電圧を平滑させて直流リンク電圧を出力する平滑部と、及び、前記平滑部から入力された前記直流リンク電圧を交流電圧に変換して出力するインバータ部と、を含み、
前記電圧検出部は、前記インバータの平滑部に連結され、前記直流リンク電圧の値を測定し、
前記電流検出部は、前記インバータ部の出力端子に連結され、前記インバータの出力電流を測定する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。 - 前記制御部の制御を受けて、前記第1の運転モードまたは前記第2の運転モードに応じる運転情報と、各運転モードで発生した故障情報とを格納するメモリをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 前記上位制御機は、前記複数のインバータの各々によって駆動される負荷の種類や重要度に応じて、前記第1の運転モードまたは前記第2の運転モードを選択して設定する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 前記上位制御機は、前記複数のインバータの各々に設定される運転モードを、該当インバータの運転前に予め設定する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
- 前記上位制御機は、前記複数のインバータの各々に設定される運転モードを、該当インバータの運転中に緊急事態発生時、または全負荷に基づいて動的に設定する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の緊急事態発生に対応するためのインバータの運転制御システム。
