Claims (6)
- 容器(3)内の液体(2)の充填レベル(P)を測定するために、容量を測定するように構成された複数のセンサ(4,5)を備えた、充填レベル測定装置(1)であって、
前記充填レベル測定装置(1)は、第1のセンサ(4)を第1の高さ位置(H1)に配置し、第2のセンサ(5)を第2の高さ位置(H2)に配置したケーシング(6)を備えており、
2つのセンサ(4,5)が、それぞれの容量を測定するための評価電子回路(7)に接続されており、
前記第1のセンサ(4)は、その表面(8)の少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング(6)の壁部分(9)に対して第1の内のり距離(s1)を有するように配置されており、
前記第2のセンサ(5)は、その表面(10)の少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング(6)の壁部分(11)に対して第2の内のり距離(s2)を有するように配置されており、
前記第2の内のり距離(s2)は前記第1の内のり距離(s1)よりも大きい、
充填レベル測定装置において、
前記第1の内のり距離(s 1 )は0であり、
前記第2の内のり距離(s 2 )は0.5cmから10cmまでの値であり、
前記2つのセンサ(4,5)が、幾何学的に同形の薄いエレメントとして構成されており、
前記第1のセンサ(4)及び前記第2のセンサ(5)は、プレート状に構成された支持体要素(12)上に配置されており、
前記支持体要素(12)は、少なくとも部分的にリードフレームとして構成されており、かつ、前記電子評価電子回路(7)を含み、
前記支持体要素(12)は、前記2つのセンサ(4,5)と前記評価電子回路(7)とを支持しており、かつ、プレートとして構成されている、
ことを特徴とする充填レベル測定装置。 - 前記第2の内のり距離(s 2 )は1cmから3cmまでの値である、
請求項1記載の充填レベル測定装置。 - 前記2つのセンサ(4,5)は長方形状のエレメントとして構成されている、
請求項1又は2記載の充填レベル測定装置。 - 前記ケーシング(6)は、非導電性材料、特にプラスティックから形成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベル測定装置。 - 前記評価電子回路(7)は唯一の発振器、特にLC発振器を含む、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベル測定装置。 - 前記評価電子回路(7)は、前記複数のセンサ(4,5)による容量測定の際の切り換えのためにPINダイオードを備えている、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベル測定装置。
