Claims (9)
- 基板上の可視領域にドットマトリックス形態で相互に離隔配置されるタッチパッドと前記タッチパッドとの間の離隔空間に配置されて、タッチパッドと非可視領域のタッチ駆動回路とをそれぞれ連結する信号ラインを含むマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネルにおいて、
透明電気導電性材質からなり、基板上の可視領域内に配列される単位電極と、
各タッチパッドに対応する領域に設定されるタッチパッド領域と、
各信号ラインに対応する領域に設定される信号ライン領域、および
前記タッチパッド領域と信号ライン領域とにそれぞれ配置される複数の単位電極を電気的に連結して、タッチパッドと信号ラインとを構成する透明電気導電性材質のブリッジを含むことを特徴とするマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。 - 前記ブリッジは、単位電極と同じレイヤ上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記単位電極は、少なくとも両側面に複数の突起が形成され、
前記複数の突起は、隣接する単位電極の突起と互いにずれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。 - 前記信号ラインと交差する方向に単位電極を連結するブリッジは、隣接する一対の単位電極に設けられる複数の突起のうち少なくともいずれか1つの突起から延長形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記ブリッジは、信号ラインと交差する方向に対して隣接するブリッジと互いにずれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記単位電極の端部は、信号ラインと交差する方向に対して隣接する単位電極の端部と互いにずれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記信号ラインは、タッチパネルとタッチ駆動回路との間の配線の長さに応じて、抵抗を減少させることができるように一列に連結された少なくとも2つ以上の単位信号ラインを含むことを特徴とする請求項1項ないし第6項のいずれか一項に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記2つ以上の単位信号ラインは、非可視領域内で信号ラインとタッチ駆動回路とをそれぞれ連結する連結ラインが互いに電気的に連結することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
- 前記2つ以上の単位信号ラインは、可視領域内で複数のブリッジによって、電気的に連結することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマトリックススイッチングタイプのタッチパネル。
