Claims (22)
- 内部に流体が貯蔵される空間部が形成されるように長さ方向、幅方向、及び高さ方向の全面を形成する第1外壁部と、
前記空間部を多数のサブ空間部に分割するように前記第1外壁部の長さ方向に沿って配列された多数の分割板と、
前記多数の分割板のうち最外殻分割板と前記第1外壁部の間に位置するエンド部と、
を含み、
それぞれの前記分割板には、前記分割板の上部に位置する気体通過孔、及び前記分割板の下部に位置する液体通過孔を含む流体通過孔が形成されて前記サブ空間部間の流体が互いに連通される、流体貯蔵タンク。 - 前記液体通過孔は前記気体通過孔より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記エンド部は前記最外殻分割板と前記第1外壁部の間の空間を分割するように配列された補強板部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記補強板部は前記最外殻分割板と前記第1外壁部の間の空間を高さ方向及び/または幅方向に分割することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記補強板部によって分割した空間のそれぞれに貯蔵された流体は前記最外殻分割板に形成された前記流体通過孔によって互いに連通されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記最外殻分割板に形成された前記流体通過孔は前記補強板部によって分割した空間のそれぞれに対応する個数で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 隣接した前記分割板の間にはブラケット部が位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記ブラケット部は前記分割板の間で高さ方向及び幅方向に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記ブラケット部には開口部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記開口部は両端がアーチ状であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記ブラケット部は、
前記最外殻分割板と前記分割板のうち前記最外殻分割板に最も隣接した分割板との間に位置する第1ブラケット部と、
前記分割板のうち前記最外殻分割板を除いた隣接した分割板の間に位置する第2ブラケット部と、
を含み、
前記第1ブラケット部及び前記第2ブラケット部の形状は互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。 - 前記第1ブラケット部は前記最外殻分割板に向かって開放されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記第1ブラケット部には前記第1ブラケット部と垂直なフランジが連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記ブラケット部は、
前記分割板の間で高さ方向に配列された高さブラケット部と、
前記分割板の間で幅方向に配列された幅ブラケット部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。 - 前記第1外壁部を取り囲むように位置する第2外壁部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記第2外壁部を貫通して一端が外部に露出するスティフナをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記スティフナの他端は前記第1外壁部と離隔することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記第1外壁部の長さ方向のサイズは前記幅方向または前記高さ方向のサイズより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記エンド部は前記第1外壁部の内壁の両端にそれぞれ位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記第1外壁部の角は丸くまたは四角くなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記第1外壁部には配管及び/またはマンホールが設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記多数の分割板は離隔間隔が互いに異なる部分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵タンク。
