Claims (4)
- 一端が閉塞した筒部を有するケースと、前記筒部内に配置されて温度を検出する温度検出素子とを備える温度センサであって、
前記ケースは、前記筒部の開放側に形成された小径部と、前記小径部よりも前記筒部の閉塞側に形成され、前記筒部の周壁の肉厚内で前記小径部よりも内周面積が大きくされると共に当該周壁の肉厚が前記小径部側よりも小さくされた大径部とを有し、
前記筒部内における前記温度検出素子の周囲に電気絶縁性を有する樹脂が充填されて樹脂モールド部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする温度センサ。 - 前記ケースは、取付対象に係止させるために断面視して前記筒部よりも外側に張り出した係止部を有し、
前記係止部は、前記大径部の外側に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度センサ。 - 前記係止部は、前記筒部の軸方向に沿い且つ前記断面視した断面と直交する断面において、筒外側に略張り出さない形状となっている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の温度センサ。 - 前記ケースは、前記筒部の前記開放側において筒外側に広がって形成された把持部を有し、
前記把持部は、前記開放側となる後方に向かって開放された肉抜き部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の温度センサ。
