前記第1のコネクタによって、かつ前記第2のコネクタによって、前記ファスナカートリッジに着脱可能に固定される材料層であって、前記ファスナは、前記ファスナが発射位置に移動するとき、前記材料層を少なくとも部分的に捕捉するように構成され、前記材料層は、マウントを含み、前記マウントは、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記第1のコネクタと前記第2のコネクタとの間で前記スロット内に延在する、材料層と、を含む、エンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(2) 前記材料層は、バットレス材料又は組織厚さコンペンセータのうち一方を含む、実施態様1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(3) 前記マウントを屈曲させ、前記マウントを前記スロットから解放するための屈曲−解放手段を含む、実施態様1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(4) 前記屈曲−解放手段は、前記マウントを越えて前記スロットに沿って移動するように構成され、前記屈曲−解放手段は、前記屈曲−解放手段が前記マウントを越えて移動するとき、前記マウントを屈曲させる、実施態様3に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(5) 前記マウントは、
可撓性ステムと、
前記可撓性ステムから延在する頭部であって、前記頭部は、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記スロットに嵌合する、頭部と、を含む、実施態様1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(7) 前記発射要素は、切断縁部を含み、前記切断縁部は、前記発射要素が前記スロットに沿って移動するとき、前記材料層を切断する、実施態様6に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(8) 前記スロットは、前記ファスナカートリッジに沿って長手方向に延在し、前記材料層は、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記スロット内に延在する複数のマウントを含む、実施態様6に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(9) 前記発射要素が前記スロットに沿ってそれぞれの前記マウントを越えて移動するとき、前記発射要素は、前記マウントのそれぞれを屈曲させる、実施態様8に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(10) 前記マウントは、長手方向隆起部を含み、前記長手方向隆起部は、前記材料層と一体的に成形されている、実施態様1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(12) 前記材料層は、補強機構を含む、実施態様1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(13) 外科用器具での使用のためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリであって、該エンドエフェクタアセンブリは、
ファスナカートリッジであって、
前記ファスナカートリッジ内に取り外し可能に位置付けられた複数のファスナであって、それぞれの前記ファスナは、非発射位置から発射位置に移動するように構成されている、複数のファスナと、
前記ファスナカートリッジの第1の側にある第1のノッチと、
前記ファスナカートリッジの第2の側にある第2のノッチと、を含む、ファスナカートリッジと、
前記ファスナカートリッジに着脱可能に固定された材料層であって、前記材料層は、前記ファスナが前記非発射位置から前記発射位置に移動するとき、前記ファスナによって少なくとも部分的に捕捉され、前記材料層は、
第1の側にある第1のマウントと、
第2の側にある第2のマウントであって、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記第1のマウントは、前記第1のノッチ内に延在し、前記第2のマウントは、前記第2のノッチ内に延在する、第2のマウントと、を含む、材料層と、を含む、エンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(14) 第1の取り付け機構及び第2の取り付け機構を含み、前記第1の取り付け機構及び前記第2の取り付け機構は、前記材料層を前記ファスナカートリッジに取り付けるように構成され、前記第1のノッチ及び前記第2のノッチは、前記第1の取り付け機構と前記第2の取り付け機構との間にある、実施態様13に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(15) 前記第1のマウント及び前記第2のマウントは、前記材料層と一体的に成形されている、実施態様13に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(17) 前記ファスナカートリッジは、長手方向のスロットを含み、前記第1のノッチ及び前記第2のノッチは、前記長手方向のスロットと交差する、実施態様13に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(18) 外科用器具での使用のためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリであって、該エンドエフェクタアセンブリは、
アンビルと、
ファスナカートリッジであって、
デッキと、
前記デッキ内に画定された複数のキャビティと、
複数のファスナであって、それぞれの前記ファスナは、前記キャビティ内に取り外し可能に位置付けられ、前記ファスナは、非発射位置から発射位置に移動するように構成されている、複数のファスナと、を含む、ファスナカートリッジと、
前記アンビルと前記ファスナカートリッジとの間に着脱可能に固定された材料層であって、前記ファスナは、前記ファスナが前記非発射位置から前記発射位置に移動するとき、前記材料層の少なくとも一部を捕捉するように構成され、前記材料層は、周辺部を含み、前記周辺部は、スカラップ形の部分を含む、材料層と、を含む、エンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(19) 前記材料層は、バットレス材料又は組織厚さコンペンセータのうち一方を含む、実施態様18に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(20) 前記材料層は、補強機構を含む、実施態様18に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(22) 前記材料層は、
遠位部と、
前記遠位部におけるマウントであって、前記マウントは、前記材料層が前記アンビルと前記ファスナカートリッジとの間で着脱可能に固定されているとき、前記アンビル又は前記ファスナカートリッジのうち一方におけるノッチ内に延在する、マウントと、を含む、実施態様18に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(23) 外科用器具での使用のためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリであって、該エンドエフェクタアセンブリは、
アンビルと、
複数のキャビティを含むファスナカートリッジと、
複数のファスナであって、それぞれの前記ファスナは、前記キャビティ内に取り外し可能に位置付けられている、複数のファスナと、

遠位部と、
前記遠位部におけるマウントであって、前記材料層が前記アンビルと前記ファスナカートリッジとの間に着脱可能に固定されているとき、前記マウントは、前記ノッチに嵌合する、マウントと、を含む、材料層と、を含む、エンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(24) 前記マウントは、V字形を形成する、実施態様23に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
(25) 前記ノッチは、第1のノッチであって、前記エンドエフェクタアセンブリは、第2のノッチを含み、前記第1のノッチは、前記アンビル内で画定され、前記第2のノッチは、前記ファスナカートリッジ内で画定され、前記材料層は、
アンビル面であって、前記マウントは、第1のマウントであり、前記第1のマウントは、前記アンビル面から前記第1のノッチ内に延在する、アンビル面と、
第2のマウントを含むカートリッジ面であって、前記第2のマウントは、前記カートリッジ面から前記第2のノッチ内に延在する、カートリッジ面と、を含む、実施態様23に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
Claims (8)
- 外科用器具での使用のためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリであって、該エンドエフェクタアセンブリは、
ファスナカートリッジであって、
複数のキャビティと、
スロットと、を含む、ファスナカートリッジと、
複数のファスナであって、それぞれの前記ファスナは、前記キャビティ内に位置付けられる、複数のファスナと、
第1のコネクタ及び第2のコネクタと、
前記第1のコネクタによって、かつ前記第2のコネクタによって、前記ファスナカートリッジに着脱可能に固定される材料層であって、前記ファスナは、前記ファスナが発射位置に移動するとき、前記材料層を少なくとも部分的に捕捉するように構成され、前記材料層は、マウントを含み、前記マウントは、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記第1のコネクタと前記第2のコネクタとの間で前記スロット内に延在する、材料層と、
前記マウントを屈曲させ、前記マウントを前記スロットから解放するための屈曲−解放手段と、を含み、
前記屈曲−解放手段は、前記マウントを越えて前記スロットに沿って移動するように構成され、前記屈曲−解放手段は、前記屈曲−解放手段が前記マウントを越えて移動するとき、前記マウントを屈曲させる、エンドエフェクタアセンブリ。 - 前記材料層は、バットレス材料又は組織厚さコンペンセータのうち一方を含む、請求項1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
- 前記マウントは、

前記可撓性ステムから延在する頭部であって、前記頭部は、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記スロットに嵌合する、頭部と、を含む、請求項1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。 - 前記屈曲−解放手段は、前記頭部を越えて前記スロットに沿って移動するように構成された発射要素を含み、前記可撓性ステムは、前記発射要素が前記頭部を越えて移動するとき、屈曲し、前記頭部は、前記可撓性ステムが屈曲するとき、前記スロットから解放される、請求項3に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
- 前記発射要素は、切断縁部を含み、前記切断縁部は、前記発射要素が前記スロットに沿って移動するとき、前記材料層を切断する、請求項4に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
- 前記スロットは、前記ファスナカートリッジに沿って長手方向に延在し、前記材料層は、前記材料層が前記ファスナカートリッジに固定されているとき、前記スロット内に延在する複数のマウントを含む、請求項4に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
- 前記発射要素が前記スロットに沿ってそれぞれの前記マウントを越えて移動するとき、前記発射要素は、前記マウントのそれぞれを屈曲させる、請求項6に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
- 前記材料層は、補強機構を含む、請求項1に記載のエンドエフェクタアセンブリ。
