Description
Claims (22)
- 製品流体の分注方法であって、
a)細長い針の遠位開放端部を容器の口部と整列するように導く段階と、
b)細長い内側チューブの一方の端部が前記細長い針の遠位端部を超えて延在するように、前記細長い針の内部を通して前記細長い内側チューブを供給する段階と、
c)製品流体を前記内側チューブを通して容器内へと導く段階と
を含み、
前記供給する段階が、
前記内側チューブを、該内側チューブの前記一方の端部が前記針の内部に留まる第1の位置から、前記内側チューブの前記一方の端部が前記針の遠位端部を超えて延在する第2の位置まで移動させる
段階をさらに含み、
前記内側チューブの外側表面上のしるしが、前記内側チューブを移動させる装置に対して停止信号を発生させる、
方法。 - 前記細長い内側チューブが、ポリマーから作製される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記細長い内側チューブが、PTFEから作製される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の近位端部が、継手によって支持される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記継手が、対向する第1及び第2の開口部を画成する継手本体と、前記第1及び第2の開口部間を流体連通して延在する細長い針通路とを含み、前記細長い針の近位端部は、第1の開口部に隣接して配置される、
請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記継手の前記第1の開口部が、前記針の近位端部に向かって先細になる円錐表面によってさらに画成される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の近位端部が、継手内に陥凹される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の遠位端部を容器の口部を通るように導く段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の遠位端部を、該針の遠位端部がセプタムを超えて延在するように、容器の口部を跨いで又はその中に配置されたセプタムを通るように導く段階をさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の遠位端部が、鋭利な先端を含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記細長い針の遠位端部が、先端が略丸い、請求項1記載の方法。
- 製品流体を分注するための針キットであって、
対向する近位端部及び遠位端部と、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部の間を延在する細長い針本体とを有する第1の細長い針であって、前記近位端部が第1の開口を画成し、前記遠位端部が第2の開口を画成し、前記本体が、前記第1と前記第2の開口部の間を流体連通して延在する細長い通路を画成する、第1の細長い針と、
前記第1の針の近位端部を支持する継手と、
対向する第1及び第2の端部と、前記第1と前記第2の端部間を延在する細長い管状壁とを有する細長い内側チューブであって、前記第1の端部が入口ポートを画成し、前記第2の端部が出口ポートを画成し、前記壁が、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートの間を流体連通して延在する細長い流路を画成し、前記細長い内側チューブは、第2の端部が通路を通り、前記第1の針の遠位端部を超えては延在しない第1の位置と、前記細長い内側チューブの壁が、前記第2の端部が前記第1の針の遠位端部を超えて延在するように通路を通って延在する第2の位置との間で延長可能である、細長い内側チューブと、
を備え、
前記細長い内側チューブの外側表面は、前記細長い内側チューブを移動させるために配置された装置に対して停止信号を発生させるしるしを含む、

- 前記第1の細長い針の近位端部が、継手内に陥凹される、請求項16記載の針キット。
- 前記第1の細長い針の遠位端部が、鋭利な先端部を含む、請求項12記載の針キット。
- 前記第1の細長い針の遠位端部が、先端が略丸い、請求項12記載の針キット。
- さらに、
前記内側チューブを移動させる前記装置に対して前記停止信号を供給するために、前記細長い内側チューブの前記該表面上のしるしを読み取り、
前記細長い内側チューブを、固定された距離を延在するよう、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで移動させるように前記装置を制御する、
