Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用のピストン(10)であって、
ピストンヘッド(11)およびピストンスカート(16)を備え、
該ピストンヘッド(11)が、燃焼キャビティ(13)を有するピストン頂面(12)と、前記ピストンヘッド(11)の外周面に設けられた環状のリング部(15)と、ピストン中心軸線(M)に対し垂直な方向で、前記燃焼キャビティ(13)及び前記リング部(15)の間の領域に設けられた環状のクーリングチャンネル(23)とを有し、
前記ピストンスカート(16)が、ボス孔(18)を備えた複数のピストンボス(17)を有し、該ピストンボス(17)が、ボス結合部(19)を介してそれぞれ前記ピストンヘッド(11)の下側(11a)に配置されており、
前記ピストンボス(17)が、摺動面(21,22)を介して互いに結合されている、内燃機関用のピストン(10)において、
前記クーリングチャンネル(23)は、前記リング部(15)の側に位置する第1の壁(23a)と、前記燃焼キャビティ(13)の側に位置する第2の壁(23b)と、前記第1の壁(23a)及び前記第2の壁(23b)を繋ぐ前記ピストン頂面(12)の側に位置する第3の壁とを有しており、
前記クーリングチャンネル(23)の前記第1の壁(23a)が、前記リング部(15)の最下位のリング溝(15a)の上縁部の高さを起点として、前記ピストン頂面(12)且つ前記ピストン中心軸線(M)に向かう方向で、前記第3の壁にまで、前記起点を通り前記ピストン中心軸線(M)に平行な直線に対して鋭角の角度(α)を成して延在しており、
1つの摺動面(21,22)と1つのボス孔(18)との間に配置された、外部に対して閉鎖された少なくとも1つの孔(24a,24b,24c,24d)が設けられており、
該少なくとも1つの孔(24a,24b,24c,24d)が、前記クーリングチャンネル(23)に開口しており、
前記クーリングチャンネル(23)および前記少なくとも1つの孔(24a,24b,24c,24d)が、低融点の金属または低融点の金属合金の冷却媒体(27)を含んでいることを特徴とする、内燃機関用のピストン(10)。 - 前記角度(α)が、最大で10°である、請求項1記載のピストン。
- 前記クーリングチャンネル(23)の第2の壁(23b)が、前記燃焼キャビティ(13)の壁(13a)の輪郭に対して平行に延びている、請求項1又は2記載のピストン。
- 前記低融点の金属として、ナトリウムまたはカリウムが含まれている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- 前記低融点の金属合金が、ガリンスタン(登録商標)合金、低融点のビスマス合金およびナトリウムカリウム合金を含むグループから選択されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- 前記冷却媒体(27)が、リチウムおよび/または窒化リチウムを含有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- 前記冷却媒体(27)が、酸化ナトリウムおよび/または酸化カリウムを含有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- それぞれ1つの摺動面(21,22)と1つのボス孔(18)との間に配置されて、4つの孔(24a,24b,24c,24d)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- 前記冷却媒体(27)が、前記クーリングチャンネル(23)の高さの1/2までの高さの充填レベルを有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
- 前記冷却媒体(27)が、前記クーリングチャンネル(23)の容積の3%〜10%の充填量を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のピストン。
