Description
Claims (5)
- バイゼリーロール構造を有する電池セルであって、
第1のゼリーロールであり、実質的に平板化されておりかつアノード材料、カソード材料、および前記アノード材料と前記カソード材料との間を絶縁するセパレータ材料の複数層を含むとともに、アノード層が外側に形成される第1のゼリーロールと、
第2のゼリーロールであり、実質的に平板化されておりかつアノード材料、カソード材料、および前記アノード材料と前記カソード材料との間を絶縁するセパレータ材料の複数層を含むとともに、アノード層が外側に形成される第2のゼリーロールと、
前記第1のゼリーロールと前記第2のゼリーロールとの間に位置決めされているカソード材料層と
を含み、
前記第1のゼリーロール、前記第2のゼリーロール、および前記カソード材料層が、前記電池セルの内部に位置決めされ、
カソード材料の層がバイゼリーロール構造の一方の端部から他方の端部への導管を形成し、バイゼリーロール構造による第1の端子と第2の端子とがバイゼリーロール構造の同じ側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする電池セル。 - 請求項1に記載の電池セルであって、第1の端子および第2の端子はどちらも、前記電池セルの同一端部上に配置されていることを特徴とする電池セル。
- 電池セルであって、
第1のゼリーロールであり、実質的に平板化されておりかつアノード材料、カソード材料、および前記アノード材料と前記カソード材料との間を絶縁するセパレータ材料の複数層を含むとともに、アノード層が外側に形成される、第1のゼリーロールと、
第2のゼリーロールであり、実質的に平板化されておりかつアノード材料、カソード材料、および前記アノード材料と前記カソード材料との間を絶縁するセパレータ材料の複数層を含むとともに、アノード層が外側に形成される、第2のゼリーロールと、
前記第1のゼリーロールと前記第2のゼリーロールとの間に位置決めされている金属板であり、前記第1のゼリーロールおよび前記第2のゼリーロールが前記金属板と接触しているようになっており、第1及び第2のゼリーロール間を電気的に接続する金属板と
を含み、
前記第1のゼリーロール、前記第2のゼリーロール、および前記金属板が、前記電池セルの内部に位置決めされ、
正の延長タブと負の延長タブとが、前記第1のゼリーロール、前記第2のゼリーロール、及び前記金属板を含むバイゼリーロール構造に電気的に接続され、バイゼリーロール構造の同一端部上に配置される
ことを特徴とする電池セル。 - 請求項3に記載の電池セルであって、前記金属板はカソード材料を含むことを特徴とする電池セル。
- 請求項3に記載の電池セルであって、前記第1のゼリーロールと前記第2のゼリーロールとの間の電気的接続は、前記第1のゼリーロールの余分な裸の箔と前記第2のゼリーロールの余分な裸の箔とが共に金属板の端部に溶接され、その反対側となるバイゼリーロール構造の端部に正の延長タブと負の延長タブとが配置されることを特徴とする電池セル。
