Description

The present invention relates to a flexible package.

As a packaging body for packaging contents such as viscous bodies such as liquids, powders, and gels, a flexible packaging body formed by stacking films and sealing their peripheral portions is known.

The package is manufactured, for example, by inserting a folded bottom film between two side films from the crease side and sealing the peripheral edge between the films in contact with each other. In such a package, it is possible to make the package self-supporting by expanding the bottom film and forming the two side films in a cylindrical shape at the bottom.

Such a package has poor shape retention, and particularly when the contents are heavy and the bag is large, it is necessary to support it with both hands. For this reason, there are known ones in which a handle of another part is provided or a handle is formed by opening a hole in a sealed portion (seal portion) at the peripheral edge. When the handle is provided as a separate part, the number of parts increases and the manufacturing cost increases, and when the hole is simply drilled in the seal part, the cut part of the film bites into the finger, causing pain to the user There is.

In the package disclosed in Patent Document 1, the peripheral edge of the handle formed by opening a hole in the seal portion is interdigitally formed by a large number of cuts to make it difficult for the film to bite into the finger.

In the package disclosed in Patent Document 2, a handle is formed by opening a hole in an unsealed part formed by not sealing a part of the region surrounded by the seal part, and the peripheral part is continuously provided with irregularities. By making the corrugated pleated part of the shape, the film is difficult to bite into the finger.

In the package disclosed in Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that the notch is triggered and the seal portion is torn.

In the package disclosed in Patent Literature 2, the film is mainly gripped where the film cannot be firmly gripped, the stability is low, and sufficient consideration has been given to the position where the wavy fold is provided. Otherwise, there is a risk that the finger may get caught in the wavy fold when the finger is put in and out, and the user may be painful.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a flexible package with a handle that can reduce finger pain, can be gripped firmly, and can be smoothly inserted and removed.

One embodiment of the present invention is a flexible package including a storage portion surrounded by a seal portion formed by overlapping at least two films and sealing a peripheral portion, and the peripheral portion is sealed with a film. At least one unsealed portion is formed surrounded by the seal portion, and a cut is formed in a predetermined range including a portion near the storage portion along the periphery of the unsealed portion. In the predetermined range from the end portion, it has a notch protruding portion that protrudes inside the unsealed portion, and the film is bent along a first fold line passing through the vicinity of both ends of the notch, so that the handle hole and grip portion is formed, a film, by bending along a second bending line which passes through the near both ends of the convex portion of the notch, the finger rest portion is formed, of each of both end portions of the cut The side has a shape extending continuously from the vicinity of the end portion to the end portion so as to go inward of the unsealed portion, and the first fold line and the second fold line are The seal part does not pass through the end part, and the boundary line with the unsealed part is formed so as to have a convex part of the seal part protruding inside the unsealed part in a region between both ends of the cut, than the common tangent of the continuously extending portion by changing the direction of both ends of the cut, the convex portion of the seal portion that protrude inwardly of the unsealed portion, a flexible package.

In addition, the cut may be formed at a predetermined distance from the seal portion.

Moreover, it is preferable that the protrusion amount of a notch to the inner side of the unsealed part from the line segment which connects the both ends of the notch protrusion is 2 mm or more and 15 mm or less.

It is preferable that the entire cut is formed at a height position of one third or more of the total height of the flexible package.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the pain of a finger can be reduced, it can grasp firmly, and the flexible packaging body with a handle which can perform putting in and out of a finger smoothly can be provided.

(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a package (flexible package) 100 according to the present embodiment. The package 100 includes a first side film 101, a second side film 102, and a bottom film 103 inserted from the crease side in a folded state with a predetermined insertion length therebetween. Formed. The storage part 105 is formed by sealing the peripheral part between the films in contact with each other except the part for injecting the contents. Assuming that the end portion of the package 100 into which the bottom film 103 is inserted is downward, the location for inserting the contents is, for example, the upper end of the second side film 102 of the first side film 101. This location is sealed, for example, after filling the contents. Moreover, a spout stopper may be attached to this location. Alternatively, when a spout stopper is attached, the contents may be filled through the spout stopper after this portion is sealed.

As the material of the package 100, for example, a laminate including a resin and having a certain rigidity can be used. As an example of the laminate, a laminate containing polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, and polyethylene can be given. Further, a metal layer such as aluminum may be included.

The first side film 101 and the second side film 102 are not sealed by being surrounded by the seal portion 104 which is a sealed region at the peripheral portion of the first side film 101 and the second side film 102. A seal portion 106 is formed.

A cut 107 is formed along the periphery of the unsealed portion 106. The cut 107 is formed in a range including a portion near the storage portion 105. In this embodiment, the cuts 107 are provided, for example, at least half the circumference of the unsealed portion 106. The seal portion 104 is formed larger than the other portions in the upper portion of one side end of the package 100, and the unsealed portion 106 is formed in this portion.

In a region between both end portions of the notch 107, the boundary line between the seal portion 104 and the unsealed portion 106 is preferably formed so as to have a convex portion 108 of the seal portion protruding inside the unsealed portion 106. . The notch 107 has a notched convex portion 109 projecting inside the unsealed portion 106 within a predetermined range from the upper end of the package 100.

FIG. 2 shows a state in the vicinity of the notch 107 when a finger is put into the notch 107. When a finger is put into the notch 107, each film is folded along a first fold line 110 that passes in the vicinity of both ends of the notch 107. As a result, a handle hole is formed, and among these films, the folded portion and the portion on the outer side of the package 100 from the first fold line become the grip portion of the handle.

FIG. 3 shows a state in the vicinity of the notch 107 when the grip portion is gripped with a finger and the package 100 is lifted. In the notch protrusion 109, the first side film 101 and the second side film 102 are pressed against the finger by the weight of the package, and the second fold line passes through the vicinity of both ends of the notch protrusion 109. A finger pad is formed by these films that are bent along the line 111.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in the grip part and the finger contact part, each film is in surface contact with the finger, so that the pressure on the finger is dispersed and the cut end face of the cut 107 is less likely to bite into the finger. Therefore, the occurrence of pain can be suppressed. In addition, each film that is not sealed to each other is rounded and bent to generate a thickness, so that it is easy to grip and stabilize with a finger. Further, when the convex portion 108 of the seal portion is formed, the first fold line 110 extends along the convex portion 108 of the seal portion. In this case, the convex portion 108 of the seal portion having higher rigidity than the unsealed portion 106 functions as a core of the grip portion, and the stability when gripped is further improved. A part of the handle hole may be formed in advance in a part of the unsealed portion 106 by punching.

Further, the cut 107 is formed at the peripheral edge of the unsealed portion 106, but is preferably formed at a predetermined distance from the seal portion 104. As a result, a region where the first side film 101 and the second side film 102 are not sealed around the handle hole and the rigidity is lower than that of the seal portion 104 is formed over a predetermined width. In addition, since the contact with the finger is soft, pain is less likely to occur, and the finger can be inserted and removed smoothly.

Moreover, the vicinity of the edge part of the package 100 of the cut 107 has an arc shape as an example. Thus, it is preferable that the notch 107 has an arc-like shape that continuously changes its direction and extends from the vicinity of at least one end portion toward the inward portion of the unsealed portion 106. . By doing so, the first fold line 110 and the second fold line 111 are connected to the vicinity of the end portion from the tangential direction, and not connected to the end portion itself. It does not act in the direction of expanding the cut 107 from the part. Therefore, each film can be prevented from tearing from the end of the cut 107.

It is preferable that the cut protrusion 109 has a maximum protrusion amount of 2 mm or more and 15 mm or less to the inside of the unsealed portion 106 from a line segment connecting both ends thereof. If it is 2 mm or more, the area of the finger contact portion can be sufficiently secured, and if it is 15 mm or less, it is preferable because it is difficult to get caught in and out of the finger.

It is preferable that the notch 107 is provided at a position higher than the center of gravity of the package 100 when the contents are filled, for example, so that the handle is formed at a position where the package 100 is easy to carry. Therefore, the entire cut 107 is formed, for example, at a portion of one third or more of the total height of the package 100.

In this embodiment, it demonstrated using the self-supporting package 100 provided with the bottom film 103 as an example of a package. However, the present invention can also be applied to a package that is not provided with a bottom film and is formed by sealing the peripheral portions of two side films. The present invention is applicable regardless of its shape, size, etc., as long as it is a package formed by sealing films. Further, the shape, size, position, number, and the like of each component can be changed as appropriate. Examples of the contents include foods and drinks, detergents, and pharmaceuticals, but are not limited at all.

In order to verify the effect of the present invention, the following Example 1, Reference Example and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were prepared and evaluated.

Figure 0006287239
Figure 0006287239

In Example 1 and Comparative Example 2, it was possible to obtain good stability when gripped by the finger rest part and the grip part having a certain rigidity (◎ in Table 1). In the reference example , the grip portion has insufficient rigidity. In Comparative Example 1, the finger contact portion was not formed, which was inferior to Example 1, but sufficient stability could be confirmed (Table 1). ○).

In Example 1, Reference Example , and Comparative Example 2, when the package was lifted, the finger contact part was in surface contact with the finger, so there was no biting into the finger and no pain occurred. In Comparative Example 1, since the finger contact part was not formed, the cut end surface of the cut 107 bited into the finger, and pain occurred.

In Example 1, Reference Example , and Comparative Example 1, when the package was tilted and the contents were poured out, the film could be smoothly poured out from the end of the cut 107 without tearing. In Comparative Example 2, when the package was tilted, the film was torn from the end portion of the cut 107, and the grip portion did not function as a handle, and smooth pouring could not be performed.

Furthermore, regarding the tearing of the film at the time of pouring, the portion (A in FIG. 1) surrounded by the cut 107 of the first side film 101 and the second side film 102 is folded back along the first fold line. And this and the part (B of FIG. 1) of the seal part 104 of the side edge which opposes on both sides of the accommodating part 105 are each hold | gripped with a jig | tool, and are pulled in the direction which mutually separates, and it is a film from the edge part of the notch 107 The breaking strength was measured by measuring the pulling force that tears. In Example 1, Reference Example , and Comparative Example 1, it was confirmed that the breaking strength was 50N and sufficient strength, whereas in Comparative Example 2, the breaking strength was 12N and the breaking strength was insufficient. It was.

As described above, the embodiment according to the present invention is superior to the comparative example in the overall evaluation of the stability when grasping the grip portion, the biting into the finger when lifted, the tearing of the film at the time of pouring, and the breaking strength. The effect of the present invention was confirmed.
