Claims (14)
- カニューレを患者の骨内に挿入するための装置であって、
a.前記装置を作動させるための作動器組立体であって、前記装置の作動の前に、ハンマと、蓄勢状態における主ばねと、を備える作動器組立体と、
b.スタイレット及びカニューレを備える針組立体と、
c.前記針組立体を収容する筒組立体と、
d.前記カニューレを前記患者の骨へと挿入する深さを調整するための設定組立体と
を備え、
e.前記作動器組立体は、解除されない場合に前記装置の作動を防止するセーフティキャッチの形態とされた第1の安全機構を備え、
f.前記作動器組立体は、遠位方向において力を作用することによって偶発的な作動の可能性を排除しつつ近位方向における引張力の作用の際にのみ前記装置の作動を引き起こすトリガを備え、
g.前記装置は、遠位方向における押し付け力が前記セーフティキャッチに作用し前記設定組立体を患者の体に対して押圧されない限り、前記装置をロックすることで前記装置の作動を防止する第2の安全機構を備えており、それによって前記筒組立体に設けられた外被部と前記作動器組立体との間にある前記装置の隙間が閉じられ、そのため前記装置は、前記設定組立体が前記患者の体に対して押圧され前記隙間が閉鎖したときだけ作動の準備が整うことになり、
h.前記遠位方向における前記押し付け力及び前記近位方向における前記引張力はそれぞれ、少なくとも部分的に同時に作用されており、
i.前記装置が前記遠位方向において前記患者の体に押し付けられたが次いで前記装置の作動を引き起こすことなく解放されたときに、前記隙間が再び開き、前記装置が再びロックされる、装置。 - 前記筒組立体と前記作動器組立体との間にある前記隙間は、前記筒組立体と前記作動器組立体との間に配置された補助ばねによって形成された視覚的に見える隙間である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンマは、蓄勢された前記主ばねによって前記装置内で蓄勢状態に維持される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記設定組立体は、前記装置の作動の後に、前記針組立体とともに前記装置の本体部から自動的に切り離れ、前記患者の体に留まって前記カニューレを所定の位置で支持、安定化、固定、及び保持する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スタイレットは、前記骨の内部に挿入された前記カニューレを残したまま、前記装置の作動の後に前記カニューレから取り外されることで、前記患者の体の外部から前記骨の髄腔内への通路を作り出す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の安全機構は、前記装置の他の部分に対して回転することで解除される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スタイレットは、前記装置の作動の前に前記カニューレの内部に維持される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記設定組立体は、回転によって挿入する深さを定めるねじを具備した回転要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針組立体は、前記装置が作動されると前記ハンマによって前記骨に向かって押される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針組立体は、前記装置の作動が引き起こされた後に前記スタイレット及び前記カニューレを解放する第1の保持器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の保持器は、前記装置の作動が引き起こされた後、かつ、前記スタイレット及び前記カニューレの前記骨への挿入の後に、前記設定組立体を自動的に解放する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記針組立体は、前記装置の蓄勢状態の間に所定の位置に並べられた針を保持する針保持器を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の安全機構は、前記骨の表面に原則的に垂直に配置されたときだけ前記装置の作動を可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記設定組立体は、固定された挿入の深さにあらかじめ調整される、請求項1に記載の装置。
