例えば、パッドまたは基材の一部は、創傷に接触する滲出液が一方向に吸収材料に向かって流れさせるような形状にできる。
繊維の外側をコーティングする場合、繊維を最初に、疎水性溶媒溶液がフィラメント内やその間に吸い取られるのを防ぐために、水、エタノール、イソプロパノールまたはそれらの混合物(例えば、30%〜70%イソプロパノール)のような流体で任意に浸透することができる。一旦、繊維上にコーティングが配置されると、流体は蒸発し、フィラメント間のスペースにより確実に酸素の通路が開かれる。その代わりに、繊維12が流体で浸透された後、シリコーンに埋め込まれてもよい。シリコーン樹脂が硬化する前に、繊維12及びシリコーン樹脂は、薄い硬化フィルムの間か予め形成されたフィルムと未硬化のフィルムの間に埋め込まれてもよい。さらに別の代替形態では、コーティング繊維12の外面は、濡れ性を改善するように処理することもできる。
離れているようにコーティング繊維の少なくとも一部の上に任意に配置される。親水性吸収材料16はコーティング繊維12により創傷から分離されているため、親水性吸収材16は創傷と直接接触しないので、刺激したり、創傷に生着することはない。
固定されたファイバーアレイは支持フレーム150から取り外せる。図12Dには、疎水性コーティング繊維12が親水性繊維52と平行に交互に整列する方法を示す詳細底面図が示されている。接着剤ストライプ152は、創傷と接触するように繊維12、繊維52の間を暴露するように形成されたギャップ154で見ることができる。その代わりに、これらの材料は、織ったり、編んだり、さもなければ任意の方法で絡ませ、創傷面の外部からの酸素導通が妨げられず、創傷表面と親水性吸収材料の間の流体接続が保持される

Claims (51)
- 創傷被覆材であって、
親水性吸収材料と、
創傷部位と接触する開口エリアを画定し、その親水性吸収材料を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む親水性吸収材料エンベロープと、
酸素拡散コーティングと導管の長さに沿って酸素または酸素化流体が拡散できるルーメンを有する少なくとも1つの導管とを含み、
前記導管の少なくとも一つのエリアが、前記創傷部位と親水性吸収材料が流体連通するように前記創傷部位と接触し前記親水性吸水材料に隣接した開口エリアに沿って露出して延びるように配置され、少なくとも一つの導管は、さらに周囲の空気に露出される少なくとも一部分を有する創傷被覆材。 - 前記親水性吸収材料エンベロープが水蒸気の透過を妨げる請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管が組み入れられた少なくとも1つの親水性エレメントを含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記親水性吸収材料が前記親水性吸収材料エンベロープから取り外し可能、及び/または交換可能である請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管が40乃至2000ミクロンの範囲の直径を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管が80乃至260ミクロンの範囲の直径を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記酸素拡散コーティングが約50乃至300ミクロンの厚さを有する請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記酸素拡散コーティングがシリコーンで構成されている請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記酸素拡散コーティングが、表面張力効果により水性流体の浸透を排除する大きさに形成された1つ以上の微小穿孔を画定する請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記酸素拡散コーティングが親水性であるように改良された外表面を有する請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記親水性吸収材料エンベロープが酸素透過性材料を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記親水性吸収材料と流体連通する前記親水性吸収材料エンベロープ上にアクセスポートを含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記創傷被覆材から滲出液を除去するために前記アクセスポートと流体的に連結された真空装置を含む請求項12に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記アクセスポートが前記親水性吸収材料から水の蒸発が可能なように可逆的に開くことができる請求項12に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記創傷被覆材の周縁部の周りに形成された接着剤周縁部を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記親水性吸収材料に注入された薬剤、薬物または作用物質を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- それぞれが酸素拡散カバーを有する複数の追加導管を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記複数の追加導管が互いに対して横方向に形成される請求項17に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記創傷部位と接触するために開口エリア上の穿孔膜または半透膜を含み、前記少なくとも1つの導管の少なくとも1つの部分が前記穿孔膜または半透膜と前記親水性吸水材料の間に形成される、請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記穿孔膜または半透膜を通して形成され、前記創傷部位及び前記親水性吸収材料を流体に連結するように配置された1つ以上のチャネルを含む請求項19に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管と流体連通するポンプを含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 血小板ゲル、血漿濃縮物、白血球、幹細胞、皮膚移植片、および成長因子からなる一群から選ばれた創傷部位に適用される作用物質を含む請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 創傷被覆材であって、
親水性吸収材料と、

導管の少なくとも一つのエリアは、創傷面と親水性吸収材料が流体連通するように創傷面と接触し親水性吸収材料に接して延びるように配置され、少なくとも1つの導管が周囲の空気に露出された少なくとも1つの部分を有する創傷被覆材。 - 前記創傷面に接触する開口エリアを画定し、少なくとも部分的に前記親水性吸収材料を取り囲む親水性吸収材料エンベロープを含み、前記導管の少なくとも一つのエリアが、前記創傷面と接触するために前記開口エリアに沿って露出している請求項23に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記親水性吸収材料エンベロープが水蒸気の透過を妨げる請求項24に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管が組み入れられた少なくとも一つの親水性エレメント含む請求項23に記載の創傷被覆材。

- 前記少なくとも1つの導管と流体連通するポンプを含む請求項23に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記創傷面に用いるのに適した作用物質を含み、前記作用物質が、血小板ゲル、血漿濃縮物、白血球、幹細胞、皮膚移植片、および成長因子からなる一群から選択される、請求項23に記載の創傷被覆材。

- 親水性吸収材料エンベロープが水蒸気の透過を妨げる請求項47に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 親水性吸収材料が、親水性吸収材料エンベロープから取り外し可能及び/または交換可能である請求項47に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 酸素拡散コーティングがシリコーンで構成されている請求項46に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導管が前記接着剤周縁部を横断して延びている請求項46に記載の創傷被覆材。
