Claims (15)
- その少なくとも一部の壁(1a,1b,2,3)は基本的に低密度の断熱材のパネルで構成される高断熱の建物であって、
前記パネル(10)は、その厚さ全体にわたって一様に平坦な端面を有するとともに、2つの隣接するパネル間の接合領域に板(20)を介在させることにより相互に組み立てられ、このとき、前記板(20)は前記接合領域において前記端面の長さおよび幅の全体にわたって前記パネル(10)に接触して接続され、これにより、前記板と前記パネルとの接合それ自体のみによって、前記板において、それらの平面に交差する方向の曲げによる変形、およびねじれによる変形が防止されるとともに、前記パネルによって前記壁の対風構が確保される、ことを特徴とする建物。 - 前記パネル(10)は、接着により、板(20)を用いて組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物。
- 前記パネル(10)は、挟持されることにより組み立てられ、このとき、各パネルは、該パネルの両側の端面に配置される板(20)の間に挟持される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物。
- 前記組み立ては、前記板の間に挟持された前記パネル(10)の幅を通して一方の板(20a)を他方の板(20b)に長い木ネジ(50)でネジ止めすることにより達成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の建物。
- 前記組み立ては、前記板(20)と該板の間に挟持された前記パネル(10a)を共に包囲して結束すること(60)により達成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の建物。
- 前記板(20)の端面にストリップ(30)を取り付けることで、I形またはH形プロファイルのフランジを構成し、前記プロファイルの前記フランジの間に前記パネル(10)の前記端面(11)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の建物。
- 前記板(20)は、帯板(40)により接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の建物。
- 前記帯板(40)は、内装または外装被覆材のための支持体として機能することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の建物。
- 前記パネル(10)は、発泡フォーム、発泡ポリスチレン、押出ポリスチレン、ポリウレタンフォーム、レゾールフォーム、木質繊維、ロックウール、グラスウール、コルクのうちから選択された材料で、150〜500mmの厚さに構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物。
- 前記板(20)は、木削片材、または合板、または積層木材、LVL、複合木材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物。
- 前記板(20)は、前記パネル(10)の厚さに略等しい幅と、該幅に対する比率が1/8〜1/15の間に含まれる厚さとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物。
- 接着剤は、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、ネオプレンの接着剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の建物。
- その少なくとも一部の壁(1a,1b,2,3)は基本的に低密度の断熱材のパネルで構成される高断熱の建物を構築する方法であって、
前記パネル(10)を所要の寸法に切断することであって、このとき、前記パネルの厚さ全体にわたって連続して平坦な端面とすることと、2つの隣接するパネル間の接合領域に板(20)を介在させることにより、前記パネルを相互に組み立てることであって、このとき、前記板は前記接合領域において前記パネルの前記端面の幅全体にわたって前記パネルに接触して接続され、これにより、前記板と前記パネルとの接合によって、前記板において、それらの平面に交差する方向の曲げによる変形、およびねじれによる変形が防止されるとともに、前記パネルによって前記壁の対風構が確保されることと、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記パネル(10)は、接着により、前記接合領域の長さおよび幅の全体に沿って板(20)を用いて組み立てられ、このとき、嵌め込みを伴うことなく、前記板の端面は自由である、ことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記パネル(10)は、前記パネルの両側の端面に配置される2つの板(20)の間に挟持されて、前記板の間に挟持された前記パネルの幅を通して一方の板を他方の板にネジ止めすることにより、または前記板と該板の間に挟持された前記パネルを共に包囲して結束することにより、組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
