Description
図1は、加速度センサ(慣性センサ)からサーバ機にデータを送信するセンサネットワークシステムに用いられる、比較例に係るセンサモジュールの構成図である。
図4は、本発明の実施形態に係るセンサモジュールの一例を示す構成図である。図4に示すセンサモジュール100の特徴は、データ送信を通信モジュールのタイマーに依存するのではなく、センサ101の出力強度をマイコン102でモニターし、出力強度が所定の閾値を超えたときのみ、スイッチ103を駆動し、通信機104を経由してパルス信号を、データを集約および解析するサーバ機に送る。尚、センサモジュール100は、センサ101、マイコン102、スイッチ103及び通信機104に給電する電源105を有している。

Claims (7)
- 通信機能をそれぞれ具備した複数のセンサモジュールと、各センサモジュールからの送信データを集約および解析するサーバ機とを有するセンサネットワークシステムを用いた交通監視システムであって、
前記サーバ機はサーバ用の蓄電素子を含み、
各センサモジュールの検出信号が所定の閾値を超えたときのみ、各センサモジュールからパルス信号が前記サーバ機に送信され、前記パルス信号に同期させて前記サーバ用の蓄電素子が蓄電され、前記サーバ用の蓄電素子の蓄電量に基づき交通量を推定することを
