Description
(1)高炉において発生する溶融スラグから熱を回収するに当たり、前記溶融スラグを厚さ5mm以上で凝固させて凝固スラグとし、次いで前記凝固スラグを熱回収装置に装入して充填層を形成した後に熱回収を行う装置において、前記熱回収装置へのスラグ装入時に炭材を混合装入して充填層の上部に部分的に凝固スラグと炭材との混合充填部を形成するとともに、前記熱回収装置の充填層に、二酸化炭素および水の少なくとも一方を含む熱回収ガスを、前記充填層の流動化開始ガス速度Umf未満で送風することにより、前記熱回収ガスを介して前記凝固スラグの熱を回収するとともに、前記炭材を可燃性ガスに改質することを特徴とする凝固スラグの熱回収方法。

Claims (6)
- 高炉において発生する溶融スラグから熱を回収するに当たり、前記溶融スラグを厚さ5mm以上で凝固させて凝固スラグとし、次いで前記凝固スラグを熱回収装置に装入して充填層を形成した後に熱回収を行う装置において、前記熱回収装置へのスラグ装入時に炭材を混合装入して充填層の上部に部分的に凝固スラグと炭材との混合充填部を形成するとともに、前記熱回収装置の充填層に、二酸化炭素および水の少なくとも一方を含む熱回収ガスを、前記充填層の流動化開始ガス速度Umf未満で送風することにより、前記熱回収ガスを介して前記凝固スラグの熱を回収するとともに、前記炭材を可燃性ガスに改質することを特徴とする凝固スラグの熱回収方法。
- 前記炭材の装入量は、前記凝固スラグの装入量および温度に基づいて調整される、請求項1に記載の凝固スラグの熱回収方法。
- 前記炭材の装入量は、前記熱回収装置から排出された熱回収ガスの組成を分析し、その分析結果に基づいて調整される、請求項1に記載の凝固スラグの熱回収方法。
- 前記炭材の装入は、前記熱回収装置から排出された熱回収ガスの温度に基づいて制御される、請求項1に記載の凝固スラグの熱回収方法。
- 前記熱回収装置から排出された熱回収ガスを前記熱回収装置に再度供給して前記熱回収装置内を循環させ、前記炭材に含まれる水分を前記炭材の熱回収ガスへの改質に利用する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記凝固スラグを前記炭材と混合して前記熱回収装置に装入する際、前記炭材と混合する直前に前記凝固スラグの破砕を行う、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の凝固スラグの熱回収方法。
