Description
Claims (13)
- 対象の肺における細胞外液の量を推定するための方法であって、
前記対象の胸部の周囲cの測定値を得るステップ、
前記対象の胸部にわたって取り付けられた電極を使用して、前記対象の胸部のインピーダンスの測定値を得るステップ、並びに、
以下の式
を含み、式中、V EXT は、前記肺における細胞外液の量であり、R EXT は、前記細胞外液に対応するインピーダンスの測定値の成分であり、Aは、注入電流によって包囲された断面積であり、ρ EXT は、前記細胞外液の抵抗率であり、さらに、Lは、一組の電極が前記対象に取り付けられたときの前記電極間の直線距離であり、前記距離Lは、前記対象の皮膚にわたる前記電極間の距離d、及び、前記周囲cの測定値から決定される、方法。 - 前記周囲cの測定値を得るステップが、
前記対象の胸部の周りに置かれた周囲センサを使用して周囲cの測定値を得るステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記周囲cの測定値を得るステップが、
前記対象の胸部の周りに置かれた周囲センサを使用して周囲の複数の測定値を得るステップ、及び、
前記複数の測定値を平均して、周囲cの測定値を提供するステップ、
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記対象の皮膚にわたる電極間の距離dの測定値を得るステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記対象の皮膚にわたる電極間の距離dの測定値を得るステップが、
センサを使用して距離dの測定値を得るステップを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記対象の体の一部のインピーダンスの測定値を得るステップが、
前記対象の胸部にわたって複数の周波数の交流を加える、及び、各周波数にて電位を測定するステップを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - コンピュータプログラムであって、その中に組み入れられるコンピュータ可読コードを含み、該コンピュータ可読コードは、適したコンピュータ又はプロセッサによる実行によって、前記コンピュータ又はプロセッサが、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うように構成される、コンピュータプログラム。
- 対象の肺における細胞外液の量を推定するための装置であって、
前記対象の胸部の周囲cの測定値を得る、
前記対象の胸部にわたって取り付けられる電極を使用して、前記対象の胸部のインピーダンスの測定値を得る、さらに、
以下の式
ように構成される制御ユニットを含み、式中、V EXT は、前記肺における細胞外液の量であり、R EXT は、前記細胞外液に対応するインピーダンスの測定値の成分であり、Aは、注入電流によって包囲された断面積であり、ρ EXT は、前記細胞外液の抵抗率であり、さらに、Lは、一組の電極が前記対象に取り付けられたときの前記電極間の直線距離であり、前記距離Lは、前記対象の皮膚にわたる前記電極間の距離d、及び、前記周囲cの測定値から決定される、装置。 - 前記対象の胸部の周りに置かれるように、さらに、前記対象の胸部の周囲cを測定するように構成される周囲センサ
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記インピーダンスの測定値、前記周囲cの測定値、及び、前記対象の皮膚にわたる前記電極間で測定された距離dから、前記対象の胸部における細胞外液の量を推定するように構成される、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記対象の皮膚にわたる前記電極間の距離dの測定値を得るようさらに構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記対象の体の一部にわたって複数の周波数の交流を加えるように、さらに、各周波数にて電位を測定するように構成される、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
