Description
Claims (15)
- 灌流装置であって、
臓器又は組織を灌流するように構成された灌流回路と、
前記灌流装置による灌流中に前記臓器又は組織を支持する区画室と、
頂面、底面及び少なくとも1つの側面を有し、前記灌流装置を閉じるように構成された、第1の外側のカバーと、
内側のカバーと、
前記少なくとも1つの側面から分離されているとともに、前記内側のカバー及び前記第1の外側のカバーどうしの間でほぼ垂直に延在する壁部と、
を備え、
前記内側のカバーと前記第1の外側のカバーと前記壁部との間の容積内に資料区画室が画成される、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
前記壁部が前記内側のカバーから延在し、
前記第1の外側のカバーの底面が前記壁部の頂面に隣接して前記資料区画室を実質的に囲んでいる、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
前記壁部が、長方形の資料室を画成する4つの壁部を有している、灌流装置。 - 請求項3に記載の灌流装置において、
前記資料区画室の内法が少なくとも0.5×9×12インチ(1.27×22.86×30.48cm)である、灌流装置。 - 請求項3に記載の灌流装置において、
前記資料区画室の内法が少なくとも0.9×9.8×12.3インチ(2.29×24.89×31.24cm)である、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
前記第1の外側のカバーと共同して前記灌流装置を閉じるように構成された第2の外側のカバーをさらに備え、
前記第2の外側カバーは、前記第1の外側のカバーが閉じられており、且つ、該第2の外側のカバーが開放されているか又は閉じられている場合に、前記資料区画室が開放しないように配置されている、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
不正開封防止封止手段をさらに備え、
前記不正開封防止封止手段は、該不正開封防止封止手段が有効化された後に前記第1の外側のカバーが開放されたかどうかを表すように構成されている、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
不正開封防止封止手段をさらに備え、
前記不正開封防止封止手段は、該不正開封防止封止手段が有効化された後に前記内側のカバーが開放されたかどうかを表すように構成されている、灌流装置。 - 請求項6に記載の灌流装置において、
不正開封防止封止手段をさらに備え、
前記不正開封防止封止手段は、該不正開封防止封止手段が有効化された後に前記第2の外側のカバーが開放されたかどうかを表すように構成されている、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の灌流装置において、
前記第1の外側のカバーが開放されたか否かを表す情報を出力するように構成された電子センサをさらに備える、灌流装置。 - 請求項7に記載の灌流装置において、
前記第1の外側のカバーの外面以外の前記灌流装置の外面上に取付けられた第1のループと、
前記第1の外側のカバーの外面上に取付けられた第2のループと、
を備えており、
前記不正開封防止封止手段が前記第1のループ及び第2のループに係合することにより、該不正開封防止封止手段が有効化される、灌流装置。 - 請求項7に記載の灌流装置において、
前記不正開封防止封止手段はラベルである、灌流装置。 - 請求項7に記載の灌流装置において、
前記不正開封防止封止手段がバーコードを有している、灌流装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
第2の不正開封防止封止手段をさらに備え、
前記第2の不正開封防止封止手段は、該第2の不正開封防止封止手段が有効化された後に前記内側のカバーが開放されたかどうかを表すように構成されている、装置。 - 請求項14に記載の装置において、
前記第1の外側のカバーと共同して前記装置を閉じるように構成された第2の外側のカバーと、
第3の不正開封防止封止手段と、
を備え、
前記第3の不正開封防止封止手段は、該第3の不正開封防止封止手段が有効化された後に前記第2の外側のカバーが開放されたかどうかを表すように構成されている、装置。
