Claims (12)
- 航空機の乗客用のシートであって、
前記航空機の床に対して取り付けられるよう構成された足(10)およびアーマチュア(12)を含む構造体(1)と、
少なくとも一つの背もたれ(2)と、
少なくとも一つの座面(3)と、を具備し、
前記少なくとも一つの背もたれ、および前記少なくとも一つの座面は、いずれも、前記構造体(1)の前記アーマチュア(12)に対して堅固に固定されており、
前記構造体(1)は、剛性を有し、チューブ状であり、かつ、プラスチックから形成されており、かつ、前記構造体(1)は、取り付けられる前記チューブの端部を取り囲む剛体ブッシュからなる接続部品(30,32,34,35)によって互いに取り付けられた複数のチューブ(20,21,22,23,24)からなることを特徴とするシート。 - 前記プラスチックはポリエーテルイミド樹脂などの熱可塑性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 前記プラスチックはエポキシ樹脂などの熱硬化性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 前記構造体(1)は、炭素、ガラスおよび植物を含む群から選ばれた素材からなる繊維によって強化されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記接続部品(30,32)は、金属ブッシュからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 請求項5に記載のシートを製造する方法であって、前記金属ブッシュは、金属の射出によって製造されることを特徴とする、シートの製造方法。
- 前記接続部品(30,32)は、複合材料から形成されたブッシュからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 請求項7に記載のシートを製造する方法であって、複合材料から形成された前記ブッシュは、炭素、ガラスおよび植物繊維を含む群から選ばれた素材からなる繊維が添加された熱硬化性マトリックスの射出によって製造されることを特徴とする、シートの製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの背もたれ(2)および前記少なくとも一つの座面(3)は、1ミリメートル厚のオーダーの薄さであり、かつ、前記構造体(1)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載シート。
- 請求項4に記載のシートを製造する方法であって、前記構造体(1)は、ブラダー膨張成形によって製造され、前記プラスチックは、炭素、ガラスおよび植物からなる群に含まれる素材からなる繊維のストランドによって強化されることを特徴とする、シートの製造方法。
- 請求項4または請求項5に記載のシートを製造する方法であって、前記構造体(1)は押し出し/曲げ加工によって製造されることを特徴とする、シートの製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの背もたれ(2)および前記少なくとも一つの座面(3)は、前記構造体(1)に対してオーバーモールドされることを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11に記載のシートの製造方法。
