図1は、本発明による生体測定装置の第1実施形態の構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。この生体測定装置1Aは、近赤外光を用いた時間分解分光計測法によって求められる生体の被測定部位Bの散乱係数に基づいて、MRI指標(MRIパラメータ)を推定する装置である。ここで、MRI指標とは、拡散強調画像、並びにT1及びT2緩和時間マップに代表される定量的磁気共鳴マップから得られる脳組織の測定定量値であって、例えばADC、FA、T2緩和時間などが挙げられる。また、以下の説明において、散乱係数とは、いわゆる換算散乱係数を含む概念である。
図7は、本発明による生体測定装置の第2実施形態の構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。この生体測定装置1Bは、近赤外光を用いた時間分解分光計測法によって求められる生体の被測定部位Bの散乱係数に基づいて、MRI指標(MRIパラメータ)を推定する装置である。MRI指標及び散乱係数の定義は、第1実施形態と同様である。本実施形態の生体測定装置1Bは、第1実施形態の生体測定装置1Aが備える推定演算部30Aに代えて、推定演算部30Bを備えている。推定演算部30Bを除く他の構成は、第1実施形態の生体測定装置1Aと同様である。
図10は、本発明による生体測定装置の第3実施形態として、生体測定装置1Cの構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。本変形例の生体測定装置1Cは、第2実施形態の生体測定装置1Bが備える推定演算部30Bに代えて、推定演算部30Cを備えている。推定演算部30Cは、時間波形計測部31及び演算処理部33Cを含む。時間波形計測部31の構成は第1実施形態と同様である。
Claims (6)
- 被測定部位に入射されて前記被測定部位の内部を伝搬した近赤外光の検出結果に基づく近赤外分光計測法によって求められる、前記被測定部位の散乱係数若しくは前記散乱係数と相関を有するパラメータに基づいてMRI指標を推定することを特徴とする、MRI指標の推定方法。
- 前記MRI指標を推定する際に、前記散乱係数若しくは前記パラメータと、くも膜下腔厚と、前記MRI指標との相関関係を用いて前記MRI指標を推定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のMRI指標の推定方法。
- 前記MRI指標は、ADC(Apparent Diffusion Coefficient)及びFA(Fractional Anisotopy)のうち少なくとも一方であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のMRI指標の推定方法。
- 被測定部位に近赤外光を入射する光入射部と、
前記被測定部位の内部を伝搬した前記近赤外光を検出する光検出部と、
前記光検出部における検出結果に基づく近赤外分光計測法によって前記被測定部位の散乱係数若しくは前記散乱係数と相関を有するパラメータを求め、前記散乱係数若しくは前記パラメータに基づいてMRI指標を推定する推定演算部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、生体測定装置。 - 前記散乱係数若しくは前記パラメータと、くも膜下腔厚と、前記MRI指標との相関関係を記憶する記憶部を更に備え、
前記推定演算部は、前記相関関係を用いて前記MRI指標を推定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の生体測定装置。 - 前記MRI指標は、ADC(Apparent Diffusion Coefficient)及びFA(Fractional Anisotopy)のうち少なくとも一方であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の生体測定装置。
