Description

[2] 鋼板のトリム時に、鋼板のサイドトリムを行う一対の上刃および下刃の少なくとも一方に、上刃と下刃の鋼板の幅方向のギャップが拡がる方向へ負荷を与えるサイドトリム方法。
[3] [2]に記載のサイドトリム方法を用いた鋼板の製造方法。

Claims (3)
- 鋼板のサイドトリムを行う一対の上刃および下刃と、
鋼板のトリム時に、上刃および下刃に、上刃と下刃との鋼板幅方向のギャップが拡がる方向へ負荷を与えて、上刃と下刃とのギャップが閉まる方向に働くスラスト力を相殺する負荷部材とを備えたサイドトリム装置。 - 鋼板のトリム時に、鋼板のサイドトリムを行う一対の上刃および下刃に、上刃と下刃との鋼板幅方向のギャップが拡がる方向へ負荷を与えて、上刃と下刃とのギャップが閉まる方向に働くスラスト力を相殺するサイドトリム方法。
- 請求項2に記載のサイドトリム方法を用いた鋼板の製造方法。
