Description
Claims (4)
- スピンドルと共に回転可能に設けられ、前記スピンドルの軸線方向に積層された複数枚の分離ディスクを有するローターを収容すると共に第1排気部が設けられた筒状のハウジングを有し、
前記ローターの回転中心側から処理対象ガスを導入することで、前記処理対象ガスに含まれているミスト状オイルを凝集させると共に、凝集させたオイルを前記ローターの外周縁から放出させ、
ミスト状オイルが分離された後の前記処理対象ガスを、前記第1排気部を通じて前記ハウジングから排出させるオイルセパレータであって、
前記第1排気部を前記ハウジングの外側から覆い、前記第1排気部の周囲に閉空間を区画する区画部材と、
前記区画部材に設けられ、当該区画部材によって区画された前記閉空間から前記処理対象ガスを排出させる第2排気部を有し、
前記第1排気部は、前記閉空間に突出された筒状部材によって構成され、
前記区画部材は、半球形状に構成され、
前記第2排気部は、軸線が前記第1排気部の軸線から外れた位置に設けられた筒状部材であり、
前記区画部材の内表面における、前記第1排気部との対向位置と前記第2排気部の形成位置との間に、流路規制部が突設されていることを特徴とするオイルセパレータ。 - 前記区画部材の内表面に、前記区画部材における平面視の中心位置から放射方向へ複数のリブを突設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記第1排気部は、PCVバルブの下流側流路を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記ローターの回転中心となるスピンドルと、
前記スピンドルを回転可能に支持すると共に、オイルを供給するためのオイル供給路が内側に形成されたスピンドルシャフトと、
前記スピンドルにおける前記ローターよりも下側の周面から突設され、オイルの噴射によって軸線を中心に前記スピンドルを回転させるノズルと、
前記スピンドルシャフトと前記ノズルの間に配置され、前記ハウジングの内部空間を、前記ノズルから噴射されたオイルを流下させると共に、外部から流入された前記処理対象ガスに含まれるミスト状オイルを一次分離する一次分離室と、前記ローターが配置され、前記ミスト状オイルが一次分離された前記処理対象ガスに含まれるミスト状オイルを二次分離する二次分離室とに区画し、かつ、前記一次分離室の前記処理対象ガスを前記二次分離室に案内する連通口を形成する連通口形成部材と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のオイルセパレータ。
