Description
後端および前端を有する細長い燃料弁筐体と、
閉じられた先端部および複数のノズル孔を有するノズルであって、燃料弁筐体の前端に配設される、ノズルと、
低引火点加圧液体燃料の供給源に接続される、燃料弁筐体の燃料入口ポートと、
加圧作動流体の供給源に接続される、燃料弁筐体の作動液ポートと、
弁筐体の長手方向のニードル内腔に摺動可能に受容される軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードルであって、閉位置および開位置を有する、弁ニードルと
を備える。
弁ニードルは、閉位置では弁座に着座し、開位置では弁座から持ち上げられた状態にあり、閉位置に向かって付勢される。
燃料弁はさらに、
弁ニードルを囲繞し弁座に開口する燃料室であって、前記弁座(69)が前記燃料室(58)と前記ノズル(54)との間に配置される、燃料室と、
弁筐体の第1の内腔に受容されるポンプピストンであって、ポンプピストンの片側に第1の内腔のポンプ室がある、ポンプピストンと、
加圧シーリング液の供給源に接続されるシーリング液入口ポートと、第1の内腔のポンプピストンをシールするためのシーリング液入口ポートから第1の内腔に延在する導管と、
弁筐体の第2の内腔に受容される作動ピストンであって、作動ピストンの片側に第2の内腔の作動室がある、作動ピストンと
を備える。
ポンプピストンは、作動ピストンと一緒に移動するように作動ピストンに連結され、
作動室は作動液ポートに接続され、
ポンプ室は、燃料室に接続された出口と、ポンプ室から燃料入口ポートへの流れを防止する、細長い燃料弁筐体の逆止弁を経由して燃料入口ポートに接続された入口とを有する。

- 低速動作するターボ過給式大型2行程自己着火内燃エンジンの燃焼室に低引火点液体燃料を噴射するための燃料弁(50)であって、前記燃料弁(50)は、
後端および前端を有する細長い燃料弁筐体(52)と、
閉じられた先端部および複数のノズル孔(56)を有するノズル(54)であって、前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の前記前端に配設される、前記ノズル(54)と、
低引火点加圧液体燃料の供給源(60)に接続される、前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の燃料入口ポート(53)と、
加圧作動流体の供給源(97)に接続される、前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の作動液ポート(78)と、
前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)内の長手方向のニードル内腔(64)に摺動可能に受容される軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)であって、閉位置および開位置を有する、前記弁ニードル(61)と
を備え
前記弁ニードル(61)は、前記閉位置では弁座(69)に着座し、前記開位置では前記弁座(69)から持ち上げられた状態にあり、前記閉位置に向かって付勢され、前記弁座は前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)内に配され、

前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の第1の内腔(81)に受容されるポンプピストン(80)であって、前記ポンプピストン(80)の片側に前記第1の内腔(81)のポンプ室(82)がある、前記ポンプピストン(80)と、
前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の第2の内腔(84)に受容される作動ピストン(83)であって、前記作動ピストン(83)の片側に前記第2の内腔(84)の作動室(85)がある、前記作動ピストン(83)と

前記ポンプピストン(80)は前記作動ピストン(83)と一緒に移動するように前記作動ピストン(83)に連結され、

前記燃料弁(50)はさらに、前記燃料弁(50)をパージするための、前記ポンプ室(82)から前記燃料入口ポート(53)に向かう流れを選択的に可能にする手段をさらに備え、該手段は、前記逆止弁(74)の逆止め機能を選択的に機能停止する手段を備える、
燃料弁(50)。 - 前記逆止弁(74)は開位置と閉位置との間を移動できる弁部材(77)を備え、前記弁部材(77)は前記閉位置に付勢され、前記弁部材(77)は、前記燃料入口ポート(53)の圧力が前記ポンプ室(82)の圧力より高いときは前記開位置に押しやられるように構成され、前記弁部材(77)は、前記ポンプ室(82)の前記圧力が前記燃料入口ポート(53)の前記圧力より高いときは前記閉位置に押しやられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記弁部材(77)は、前記ポンプ室(82)に所与の圧力があるときにも制御信号によってその開位置に移動するように構成される、請求項2に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記移動可能な弁部材(77)は、前記逆止弁(74)に関連する制御室(73)を向く圧力面を備え、前記制御室(73)は、制御液の供給源(97、98)に接続された前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の制御ポート(36)に流体接続される、請求項3に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記逆止弁(74)は弁内腔(76)を備える弁筐体(75)を備え、前記移動可能な弁部材(77)は前記弁内腔(76)に受容され、前記弁内腔の一端が、前記弁部材(77)の弁体(89)のための弁座(79)を形成し、前記弁体(89)は、前記移動可能な弁部材の前記閉位置では前記弁座(79)に着座し、前記弁部材(77)の開位置では前記弁座(79)から持ち上げられた状態にある、請求項2または4に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記制御室(73)は前記弁内腔(76)に配設され、前記移動可能な弁部材(77)は、前記制御室の片側にプランジャ部分を備える、請求項5に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記弁筐体(75)は円柱部分を備え、前記弁筐体(75)は前記細長い燃料弁筐体(52)の合致する長手方向の内腔に受容される、請求項5または6に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記燃料弁(50)をパージするための、前記ポンプ室(82)から前記燃料入口ポート(53)への流れを選択的に可能にするための、前記ポンプ室(82)と前記燃料入口ポート(53)との間で流体接続される専用の制御弁を備える、請求項1に記載の燃料弁(50)。
- 前記制御弁は制御信号に応答して開閉される、請求項8に記載の燃料弁(50)。
- 前記弁ニードル(61)は、前記燃料室(82)の圧力が所定の閾値を超えるときに前記付勢に対抗して前記閉位置から前記開位置に移動するように構成される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の燃料弁(50)。
- 前記燃料噴射弁(50)を、特に前記燃料弁(50)のうちの前記前端に最も近い部分を冷却するための、冷却液入口ポートおよび冷却液出口ポートならびに冷却液流路(44)をさらに備える、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の燃料弁(50)。

加圧冷却液の供給源であって、制御された圧力Pcを有する供給源と、
