Description
発生する収差の補償が可能な個々の光学構成要素の配置
レティナの周辺部における結像を保証する、光学システムの周囲を少なくとも部分的に取り巻くように延び、比較的大きな視野角から光学システムに入る光線を出力結合兼拡開するプリズム状の構造。出力結合構造は、インプラント装着者の解剖学的な所与の条件に適合可能である。

Claims (9)
- 眼内の眼科インプラント用の広角光学系であって、
網膜から背離した側である遠位に、光軸(5)を中心に回転対称的に配置されるレンズシステム(2)であって、様々な光学的な屈折率の材料からなる互いに相補的な形状を有する少なくとも2つのレンズ(8〜12)が互いの輪郭により面状に重なり合うように位置するレンズシステム(2)と、
眼の内部に向かって前記網膜に面した近位に配置される後置レンズ(4)と、
該後置レンズ(4)の周囲に載置されている光学的な出力結合構造(6)であって、前記光軸(5)に対する40°超〜90°超の入射角で眼内に入射した光線の伝播を前記網膜の周辺領域に向けて変向するように形成されている出力結合構造(6)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、眼内の眼科インプラント用の広角光学系。 - 付加的な機械的に移動可能なレンズ組み合わせ(3)及び/又は焦点距離が調節可能なレンズ体を備える、請求項1記載の広角光学系。
- 眼の内部に向かって近位に配置される後置レンズ(4)及び/又は前記移動可能なレンズ組み合わせ(3)及び/又は前記焦点距離が調節可能なレンズ体は、環状に周囲を取り巻くように延びる境界面を有し、該境界面上に前記光学的な出力結合構造(6)が載置されている、請求項2記載の広角光学系。
- 前記出力結合構造(6)は、周方向に非一定の構造断面を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
- 前記出力結合構造(6)は、複数のリングセグメントからなり、該リングセグメントは、相俟って、前記周囲を取り巻くように延びる境界面を完全に又は部分的に覆う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
- 前記出力結合構造(6)は、少なくとも1つのリングプリズム及び/又は複数のリングプリズムセグメントにより形成される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
- 眼の内部に向かって近位に配置されるレンズ及び前記出力結合構造(6)は、互いに異なる屈折率を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
- 前記出力結合構造(6)は、全体的又は部分的に形状結合を介して前記周囲を取り巻くように延びる境界面に隣接する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
- 前記出力結合構造(6)は、全体的又は部分的に非接触にかつ/又は相対可動に前記周囲を取り巻くように延びる境界面に隣接する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の広角光学系。
