Description
Claims (14)
- 波形信号から医学データのエントロピーの程度を決定する方法であって、
該方法は、
波形として前記医学データを受信するステップと、
標準ポイント、すなわち前記波形の頂点(apex)を検出するステップと、
前記波形の拍動から拍動の期間を決定するステップと、期間を一時的心拍数周波数に変換するステップと、
前記変換された一時的心拍数周波数のシーケンシャル・データを使用して時系列を形成するステップと、
前記シーケンシャル・データの差分の形で、前記時系列を符号化するステップと、
圧縮の程度を表す結果を形成するように本質的に損失がない圧縮方法を用いて前記符号化された差分を圧縮するステップであって、該結果は、前記医学データのエントロピーの程度を表す、ステップと、
のステップを含む、方法。 - 前記医学データは、手首または指に位置する周辺センサによって測定された脈波データである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記医学データは、心電図記録信号(ECG)からのR波データである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記医学データは、連続的および非侵襲的に測定される、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記医学データのエントロピーの前記程度の決定は、前記検出された心拍数変動のエントロピーの前記程度に関係する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 連続的および非侵襲的測定は、光電式容積脈波記録法(PPG:photoplethysmography)センサ、赤外線(IR)センサ、容量圧力センサ、または、手首または指において脈波を記録するように構成されるCCDセンサによって、または、従来のECG信号から、または、これらの組合せからインプリメントされる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- シーケンシャル・データの差分の形における、前記時系列の前記符号化は、デルタ符号化である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮方法は、LZWまたはLZMAのロスレス圧縮方法である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 波形信号から医学データのエントロピーの程度を決定するデバイスであって、該デバイスは、
波形として前記医学データを受信し、
標準ポイント、すなわち前記波形の頂点(apex)を検出し、
前記波形の拍動から拍動の期間を決定し、
前記期間を一時的心拍数周波数に変換し、
前記変換された一時的心拍数周波数のシーケンシャル・データを使用して時系列を形成し、
シーケンシャル・データの差分の形で、前記時系列を符号化し、
圧縮の程度を表す結果を形成するように本質的に損失がない圧縮方法を用いて前記符号化した差分を圧縮する
ように構成され、
前記デバイスは、前記圧縮の程度を表す前記結果に基づいて、前記医学データのエントロピーの前記程度の決定するように構成される、デバイス。 - 前記デバイスは、モバイルまたは携帯デバイスまたはリストバンド・デバイスであり、
前記デバイスが、前記結果が所定の第1の閾値を超えるならば、前記デバイスは、不整脈、心房細動を含む医学的障害を示唆するように構成され、
前記結果がゼロと所定の第2の閾値との間にあるならば、前記デバイスが、重症疾患を示唆するように構成される、
ように、前記医学データの前記エントロピーの前記程度の決定するように構成される、
請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記デバイスは、前記医学データを連続的および非侵襲的に測定するように構成される、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、光電式容積脈波記録法(PPG:photoplethysmography)センサ、赤外線(IR)センサ、容量圧力センサ、または、手首または指において脈波を記録するように構成されるCCDセンサによって、または、従来のECG信号から、または、これらの組合せからインプリメントされる、連続的および非侵襲的測定を実行する、請求項9または10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、LZWまたはLZMAのロスレス圧縮方法を使用するように構成される、請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 波形信号から医学データのエントロピーの程度を決定するためのコンピュータ・プログラムであって、該プログラムは、符号化手段を備え、
該符号化手段は、前記プログラムが、請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスの上のデータ処理手段の上で動作するとき、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載された方法のすべてのステップを実行するように構成されることを特徴とする、コンピュータ・プログラム。
