Abstract

Un método para determinar un grado de entropía de datos médicos de una señal con forma de onda que comprende las etapas de recibir dichos datos médicos como una forma de onda, detectar un punto estándar, es decir un pico de la onda, determinar el periodo de tiempo de pulso a pulso de la onda, convertir el periodo de tiempo a una frecuencia de ritmo cardiaco transitorio, formar series cronológicas usando los datos secuenciales de dichas frecuencias de ritmo cardiaco transitorio convertidas y codificar dicha serie cronológica en forma de diferencias entre datos secuenciales. Además, dichas diferencias codificadas se comprimen usando un método de compresión sin pérdidas para formar un resultado que representa un grado de la compresión.
