Claims (5)
- 非拡張状態から拡張状態に拡張可能であるように構成され、かつ軸に沿って互いに隣接して配置された複数の波状リング要素を含み、

さらに、ステントの第1の端部区域は、3つ以上の数の複数のリング要素を含み、前記第1の端部区域内の各リング要素は、1つのリングの凸状部から隣接するリングの凸状部まで延在する少なくとも1つの結合部によって、前記第1の端部区域内の隣接するリング要素に結合されており、
さらに、前記第1の端部区域に隣接して配置された前記ステントの中央区域は、3つ以上の数の複数のリング要素を含み、前記中央区域内の各リング要素は、1つのリングの凹状部から隣接するリングの凸状部まで延在する少なくとも1つの結合部によって、前記中央区域内の隣接するリング要素に結合されており、
さらに、前記ステントの第2の端部区域は、複数のリング要素を含み、前記第2の端部区域内の各リング要素は、1つのリングの凹状部から隣接するリングの凹状部まで延在する少なくとも1つの結合部によって、前記第2の端部区域内の隣接するリング要素に結合されており、
それにより、前記ステントは、拡張した際に、前記第1の端部区域から前記第2の端部区域まで延在する、徐々に減少する半径方向の剛性を呈する、
拡張可能な軸方向に細長いステント。 - 前記第1の端部区域内の前記少なくとも1つの結合部は、前記ステントの軸に平行に配向されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
