Description
図1は、3D(三次元)物体を生成するための装置1の一例を示している。装置1は、粉体を種々の層の形で物体支持部9の上に供給するための粉体供給器3を含む。粉体は、粉体材料、微粒子材料、及び粒状材料を包含する意味を有している。さらに別の例として、粉体は、半結晶熱可塑性材料を含み得る。一つの適当な材料としては、ナイロン12が挙げられる。他の適当な材料としては、PA2200が挙げられる。適当な粉体には、粉末金属材料、粉末複合材料、粉末セラミック材料、粉末ガラス材料、粉末樹脂材料、粉末ポリマー材料などが含まれ得る。
Claims (15)
- 三次元物体を生成するための装置であって、
粉体の第1の層を供給するための粉体供給器と、
前記粉体の第1の層において粉体のパターンを固化させるためのバインダーと、
前記粉体の第1の層において前記粉体のパターンが固化された後の前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定し、
前記粉体供給器に、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて追加量の粉体を粉体の次の層に含めながら、前記粉体の第1の層の上に前記粉体の次の層を供給させるためのコントローラと
を含む装置。 - 前記バインダーは、前記粉体の第1の層の上に結合剤を供給するための薬剤供給器である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 粉体支持部と、
物体支持部と、
前記粉体支持部を移動させるための駆動系と
を含み、前記コントローラは、前記駆動系に、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて前記粉体支持部の高さを設定させるように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動系は、前記物体支持部を移動させるように構成され、前記コントローラは、前記駆動系に対し、前記物体支持部の一定のステップ高を維持することを命じるように構成される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、物体支持部を含み、
前記粉体供給器は、開始点から前記物体支持部の方向に移動することによって粉体を供給するように構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記粉体供給器に、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて、前記開始点と、前記物体支持部との間の水平距離を調節させるように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、前記粉体の第1の層の上側表面の高さを測定するための検出ユニットを含み、
前記コントローラは、前記検出ユニットにより提供された信号に基づいて、前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記粉体の第1の層において固化されるべき前記粉体のパターンを定義するデータに基づいて、前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を推定するように構成される、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、2つの連続した層パターンに基づいて、前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定するように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、測定された先に供給された前記結合剤の量に基づいて、前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定するように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記粉体の第1の層において前記粉体のパターンが固化された後の前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を、前記粉体の第1の層における固化された部分の前記固化前の当初の粉体体積の約15パーセントから50パーセントまでの間であるものと判定するように構成される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 機械読み取り可能命令を含む非一時的不揮発性コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体であって、前記機械読み取り可能命令が、プロセッサに、
粉体の第1の層において粉体のパターンが固化された後の前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定させ、
粉体供給器に、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて追加量の粉体を粉体の次の層に含めながら、前記粉体の次の層を前記粉体の第1の層の上に供給させる、非一時的不揮発性コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。 - 前記プロセッサに、駆動系に対し、粉体支持部の高さを、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて設定することを命じさせるための機械読み取り可能命令をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の非一時的不揮発性コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プロセッサに、前記駆動系に対し、物体支持部の一定のステップ高を維持することを命じさせるための機械読み取り可能命令をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の非一時的不揮発性コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プロセッサに、駆動系に対し、粉体供給器の開始点と、物体支持部との間の水平距離を、前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて設定することを命じさせるための機械読み取り可能命令をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の非一時的不揮発性コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 粉体を供給するためのシステムを制御する方法であって、
粉体の第1の層を供給し、
前記粉体の第1の層において粉体のパターンを固化させ、
前記粉体のパターンが前記粉体の第1の層において固化された後の前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量を判定し、
前記判定された前記粉体の第1の層の体積の減少量に基づいて追加量の粉体を粉体の次の層に含めながら、前記粉体の第1の層の上に前記粉体の次の層を供給すること
を含む方法。
