Description
化石燃料の資源減少、これを使用することによる大気汚染や自然破壊、地球温暖化などの問題から、比較的低い温度の排熱などのエネルギーが大量に放出されてしまうのを防止し、回収してエネルギー源として利用することは、極めて有用であり、要望されている。
本発明の目的は、ピロリン酸ナトリウム・10水和物を主成分とする蓄熱材組成物において、相変化温度を80℃(ピロリン酸ナトリウム・10水和物の相変化温度)より低い温度、より好ましくは60℃より低い温度に調整し、家庭用コージェネレーションシステムの排熱等の蓄熱用途に適用できる蓄熱材組成物、それを用いた蓄熱体及び蓄熱槽中に用いる蓄熱材として蓄熱材組成物を備えた蓄熱装置を提供することにある。
なお、溶解熱ΔHsol(kJ/g)は、101.325kPa、298.15Kにおいて、純物質1gを水に溶解させ、無限希釈させた場合の熱量であり、この値は、化学便覧基礎編改訂5版II-261ページ(編者:日本化学会、発行元:丸善出版(株)、発行年月:2004年2月)に記載のある化合物は、当該記載により、記載がない化合物は熱量計による測定値による。
Claims (7)
- ピロリン酸ナトリウム・10水和物を主成分とする蓄熱材組成物であって、尿素、硫酸アンモニウム、エリスリトールから選ばれた水に溶解すると吸熱する性質を持つ材料を前記ピロリン酸ナトリウム・10水和物とともに含んでなる蓄熱材組成物。
- 前記水に溶解すると吸熱する性質を持つ材料が、その溶解熱がΔHsol=0.05kJ/g以上のものを含んでなる請求項1の蓄熱材組成物。
- 前記ピロリン酸ナトリウム・10水和物に対する前記水に溶解すると吸熱する性質を持つ材料の割合が、0.01〜30重量%である請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の蓄熱材組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蓄熱材組成物が容器に充填されてなる蓄熱体。
- 蓄熱槽中に備えられる蓄熱材組成物が請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱材組成物であることを特徴とする蓄熱装置。
- 蓄熱槽中に備えられる蓄熱材組成物が、蓄熱体の態様で蓄熱槽中に充填されており、前記蓄熱体が請求項4に記載の蓄熱体であることを特徴とする蓄熱装置。
- 前記蓄熱装置が、熱源機、蓄熱槽、熱輸送媒体、蓄熱モードで熱輸送媒体が流れる配管および放熱モードで熱輸送媒体が流れる配管を有する蓄熱および放熱が可能な請求項5または請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置。
