前記ダイヤフラムの一方主面に設けられている第1シール材と、
前記第1シール材を介して前記ダイヤフラムと接合する第1弁筐体であって、第1の孔と、前記ダイヤフラムの一方主面側に位置し、前記第1の孔に連通する第1バルブ室と、を有する第1弁筐体と、
前記ダイヤフラムの他方主面に設けられている第2シール材と
前記第2シール材を介して前記ダイヤフラムと接合する第2弁筐体であって、第2の孔と、前記ダイヤフラムの他方主面側に位置し、前記第2の孔に連通する第2バルブ室と、を有する第2弁筐体と、を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記第1シール材及び前記第2シール材を介して前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体に挟持され、
前記ダイヤフラムにおける前記孔部の周囲が、前記第2バルブ室において前記第2弁筐体に当接して、前記孔部が被覆される。
前記第2弁筐体は、前記第2バルブ室よりも外側に位置する複数の第2突出部を有し、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記複数の第2突出部が前記複数の開口部に嵌め合わさることによって、前記第1シール材及び前記第2シール材を介して前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体に挟持されることが好ましい。
上記(1)から(8)のいずれかに記載のバルブと、を備え、
前記第1弁筐体の前記第1の孔は、流体を貯蔵する流体貯蔵部に接続され、
前記第2弁筐体の前記第2の孔は、前記ポンプの前記吐出孔に接続される。
なお、前述の実施形態では流体として空気を用いているが、これに限るものではなく、当該流体が、空気以外の気体であっても適用できる。

Claims (11)
- 孔部が設けられているダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムの一方主面に設けられている第1シール材と、
前記第1シール材を介して前記ダイヤフラムと接合する第1弁筐体であって、第1の孔と、前記ダイヤフラムの一方主面側に位置し、前記第1の孔に連通する第1バルブ室と、を有する第1弁筐体と、
前記ダイヤフラムの他方主面に設けられている第2シール材と
前記第2シール材を介して前記ダイヤフラムと接合する第2弁筐体であって、第2の孔と、前記ダイヤフラムの他方主面側に位置し、前記第2の孔に連通する第2バルブ室と、を有する第2弁筐体と、を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記第1シール材及び前記第2シール材を介して前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体に挟持され、
前記ダイヤフラムにおける前記孔部の周囲が、前記第2バルブ室において前記第2弁筐体に当接して、前記孔部が被覆された、バルブ。 - 前記第1シール材と前記ダイヤフラムと前記第2シール材とのそれぞれの外周は、前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体の外周より小さい、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体の少なくとも一方は、前記第1シール材と前記ダイヤフラムと前記第2シール材とのそれぞれの外周より外側に位置する複数の第1突出部を有する、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記複数の第1突出部の高さは、前記第1シール材の厚みと前記ダイヤフラムの厚みと前記第2シール材の厚みとの和に等しい、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1弁筐体は、前記第1バルブ室よりも外側に位置する複数の開口部を有し、
前記第2弁筐体は、前記第2バルブ室よりも外側に位置する複数の第2突出部を有し、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記複数の第2突出部が前記複数の開口部に嵌め合わさることによって、前記第1シール材及び前記第2シール材を介して前記第1弁筐体および前記第2弁筐体に挟持された、請求項3又は4に記載のバルブ。 - 前記複数の第1突出部の高さは、前記複数の第2突出部の高さより低い、請求項5に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1シール材は、前記第1バルブ室に面し、前記第1バルブ室の外周よりも小さいか、または、等しい大きさの貫通孔を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2シール材は、前記第2バルブ室に面し、前記第2バルブ室の外周よりも小さいか、または、等しい大きさの貫通孔を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 吐出孔が設けられているポンプと、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブと、を備え、
前記第1弁筐体の前記第1の孔は、流体を貯蔵する流体貯蔵部に接続され、
前記第2弁筐体の前記第2の孔は、前記ポンプの前記吐出孔に接続される、流体制御装置。 - 前記流体は、空気である、請求項9に記載の流体制御装置。
- 請求項9または10に記載の流体制御装置を有する、血圧測定装置。
