Description
Claims (9)
- パルプ工場において生成する弱黒液を冷却してその弱黒液から熱を回収する方法であっ
て、
蒸解釜で繊維を蒸解して弱黒液を形成するステップと;
前記弱黒液を、スプレー膜蒸発器の一部を形成する一連のチューブに通して送るステッ
プと;
前記スプレー膜蒸発器を通る前記弱黒液を、
i.前記スプレー膜蒸発器に供給物を送ることと;
ii.前記供給物を前記スプレー膜蒸発器の前記チューブにスプレーし、前記供給物
を蒸発させて蒸気を生成させることと;
iii.前記蒸気を前記スプレー膜蒸発器から送り、前記蒸気に付随する前記熱が前
記パルプ工場の他のプロセス用熱源として利用できるようにすることと、
によって冷却して前記弱黒液から熱を回収するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記スプレー膜蒸発器によって生成した前記蒸気を多重効用蒸発装置に送ることを含む
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記スプレー膜蒸発器によって生成した前記蒸気の少なくとも一部を前記多重効用蒸発
装置の中間の蒸発缶に供給することを含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 弱黒液を前記スプレー膜蒸発器から前記多重効用蒸発装置の中間の蒸発缶に送ることと
、前記中間の蒸発缶から前記弱黒液を1つ又は複数の蒸発缶に通して送ることとを含む請
求項2記載の方法。 - 前記多重効用蒸発装置が一連の凝縮液を生成させる方法であって、前記方法は、前記凝
縮液の1つ又は複数ではあるが全部ではない分を前記多重効用蒸発装置から前記スプレー
膜蒸発器へ送ることと、前記凝縮液の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることとを含む請求項2
に記載の方法。 - パルプ工場において生成する弱黒液を処理する方法であって、
蒸解釜で繊維を蒸解して弱黒液を形成するステップと;
前記弱黒液を、スプレー膜蒸発器の一部を形成する一連のチューブに通して送るステッ
プと;
前記弱黒液を前記スプレー膜蒸発器で冷却するステップと;
前記弱黒液を冷却した後に、前記弱黒液を多重効用蒸発装置に送り、その中で前記弱黒
液を濃縮して濃縮黒液及び凝縮液を生成させるステップと;
前記濃縮黒液を回収ボイラーに送るステップと;
前記多重効用蒸発装置によって生成した凝縮液を前記チューブの外側表面上にスプレー
することによって前記弱黒液から熱を回収し、前記弱黒液から回収された熱を利用して、
蒸気を生成させる前記凝縮液を加熱し蒸発させるステップと;
前記蒸気を前記多重効用蒸発装置に送り、前記蒸気に付随する前記熱を利用して前記多
重効用蒸発装置で前記弱黒液を濃縮するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記弱黒液を前記スプレー膜蒸発器から中間の蒸発缶へ、そしてそこから1つ又は複数
の蒸発缶に通して供給することを含む請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記多重効用蒸発装置が一連の凝縮液を生成させる方法であって、前記方法は、前記一
連の凝縮液ではあるがその全部ではない分を組み合わせることと、前記組み合わせられた
凝縮液を前記スプレー膜蒸発器に送ることと、前記組み合わせられた凝縮液の少なくとも
一部を蒸発させることとを含む請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記スプレー膜蒸発器はハウジングと前記ハウジングに収容されるチューブの束とを含
み、前記弱黒液を冷却させることは前記弱黒液を前記チューブの束に通して送ることと、
前記ハウジング内に収容される前記チューブの束の外側表面上に前記凝縮液をスプレーす
ることによって前記弱黒液を冷却させることとを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
