Description
浄化器内に受け入れた排水の充填レベルを測定する第1の測定デバイスと、
アクチュエータの長さを決定するデバイスと、
デカンタの吸水口開口から浄化器の床までの距離をアクチュエータの長さから決定することができる評価デバイスと、
回動デバイスを制御して、充填レベルと距離との差から生じる吸水口開口の浸漬深さを規定範囲内に維持するコントローラとを備える。

Claims (8)
- 浄化器(1)内に受け入れた上澄みをデカンティングするデバイスであって、
前記浄化器(1)内のピボット軸受(3)に一方の端部が回動可能に保持されて、前記ピボット軸受から延在し、他方の端部に、それに垂直に延在しかつ吸水口開口(6)を有するデカンタヘッド(5)が設けられたパイプ(4)を備え、前記浄化器(1)に回動可能に装着されたデカンタ(2)と、
前記デカンタヘッドに接続されたアクチュエータ(8)を有し、回動して前記アクチュエータの前記デカンタヘッド(5)までの長さ(L)を調節し、前記デカンタを回動させて前記浄化器(1)の床(B)に対して前記吸水口開口(6)を上下させる回動デバイス(7)と、
前記浄化器(1)内に受け入れた排水(Ab)の充填レベル(H1)を測定する第1の測定デバイス(9)と、
前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)を調節するべく回動する前記回動デバイス(7)の回転角度から前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)を決定するデバイスと、
前記デカンタ(2)の前記吸水口開口(6)から前記浄化器(1)の前記床(B)までの距離(H2)を、前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)を決定する前記デバイスにより決定された前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)から、三角法を用いて決定することができる評価デバイスと、
前記回動デバイス(7)の回動を制御して前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)を調節し、それにより、前記測定デバイス(9)で測定される前記充填レベル(H1)と前記評価デバイスによって決定される前記距離(H2)との差から生じる前記吸水口開口(6)の浸漬深さ(E)を規定範囲内に維持するコントローラ(S)と、を備えるデバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータ(8)が、ケーブル、ベルト、チェーンのグループから選択され、前記回動デバイスが前記アクチュエータ(8)を収容するウィンチ(7)を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ウィンチ(7)を駆動する電動モータ(M)又は油圧式モータが提供される、請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- ベルトの使用によって、前記ウィンチ(7)の第1の幅が前記ベルトの第2の幅にほぼ対応し、前記ベルトが前記ウィンチ(7)上に実質的に正確に一致するように収容される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータ(8)の長さ(L)を決定する前記デバイスが、前記ウィンチ(7)の回転角度を測定する第2の測定デバイス(10)を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記評価デバイスが、前記浸漬深さ(E)を制御するための制御ステージを備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コントローラ(S)が、前記デカンタヘッド(5)が予め規定された上部位置に達したときに前記回動デバイス(7)の動作が中断される第1の切替機能を備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コントローラ(S)が、前記デカンタヘッド(5)が予め規定された下部位置に達したときに前記回動デバイス(7)の動作が中断される第2の切替機能を備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
