Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図8を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態の処置システム1を示す図である。図1に示すように、処置システム1は、高周波処置具2と、高周波処置具2へのエネルギーの供給を制御するエネルギー制御装置3と、を備える。ここで、図1において、矢印C1側を先端側とし、矢印C2側(先端側とは反対側)を基端側とする。
なお、第1の実施形態では、エンドエフェクタ7は、一対の把持片15,16を備えるが、これに限るものではない。例えば、図9に示すある変形例では、エンドエフェクタ8は、ブレード状の電極40から形成されている。本変形例では、電極40は、外表面43を有する。電極40の外表面43には、幅方向(矢印Wの方向)について一方側の縁に第1の側方ブレード45が形成され、幅方向について他方側の縁に第2の側方ブレード46が形成され、先端側(矢印C1側)の縁に先端ブレードが形成されている。また、電極40の外表面43には、厚さ方向(図9において紙面に対して垂直な方向)の一方側を向く第1の面48と、第1の面48とは反対側を向く第2の面(図示しない)と、が形成されている。本変形例では、少なくとも第1の面48にコーティング35が被覆されている。図9では、コーティング35は、ドット状のハッチングで示されている。
Claims (7)
- 外表面を有するとともに、高周波電気エネルギーが供給されることにより、処置対象に前記外表面を通して高周波電流を付与する電極と、
前記電極の前記外表面上の少なくとも一部に被覆され、非導電材料及び導電材料が混合される混合物によって形成され、前記混合物において前記導電材料の割合が前記非導電材料の割合に比べて小さく、前記混合物に含まれる前記導電材料は、第1の要素と、第2の要素と、を備え、前記第1の要素が前記第2の要素に比べて扁平率が高い形状を有するコーティングであって、前記混合物において前記第1の要素の割合が前記第2の要素の割合より小さいことにより、前記導電材料が架橋する構造が形成され、前記導電材料の架橋する前記構造に起因して静電容量が大きく確保されることにより、通過する前記高周波電流の回路におけるインピーダンスを低減させ、前記高周波電流に対して通電性を有するコーティングと、
を具備する高周波処置具。 - 前記第2の要素は、球形状、多面体形状、又は、線形状になる、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1の要素及び前記第2の要素のそれぞれは、前記導電材料の粉末である、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 熱を発生するとともに、前記電極を通して発生した熱を前記処置対象に伝達する発熱体をさらに具備する、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記電極が設けられるとともに、超音波振動を伝達することにより共振する振動伝達部材をさらに具備する、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記非導電材料は、生体組織の粘着防止、撥水、撥油、耐摩耗、断熱、加色及びハレーション防止の少なくとも1つの機能を有する、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記第2の要素の体積割合は、前記第1の要素の体積割合の2倍である、請求項1の高周波処置具。
