Claims (13)
- アモルファス状の酸化チタンによって形成された表面を備えるエンドエフェクタと、
前記表面を被覆するとともに前記表面と化学的に結合する膜状の樹脂と、
を備えた手術器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタの母材は、金属で形成される請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記母材は、チタン合金である請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記表面は、生体組織を処置する処置面に設けられる請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記樹脂は、前記表面に存在する水酸基と結合する特性を有する請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記樹脂は、シランカップリング剤を含む請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記表面を被覆し、前記表面と化学的に結合するとともに、前記樹脂とは異なる機能を有する膜状の第2樹脂を備える請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記表面には、皮膜が形成される請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタはプローブを備え、
前記プローブは、先端部と基端部を備え、前記先端部から前記基端部へ長手軸に沿って延伸するように構成され、前記基端部から伝達された超音波振動を前記先端部へ伝達するように構成された請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、前記プローブに対して開閉するジョーを備え、前記ジョーと、前記プローブにおいて前記樹脂で皮膜された部分と、の間に生体組織を挟み、前記超音波振動によって前記生体組織を処置するように構成された請求項9に記載の手術器具。
- 前記アモルファス状の酸化チタンは、前記エンドエフェクタを電解質液に浸漬して、前記エンドエフェクタを陽極として電解質液に通電することで陽極酸化を起こして形成される、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタは導電性を備える請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタの母材はチタン合金である請求項12に記載の手術器具。
