Description
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明について詳細に説明する。
図2は本発明の一実施形態に係る閉鎖栓を示す概略図である。該閉鎖栓は、放射状に配置された6つの支持棒40を有する単層ディスク4、編組された網状二層ディスク6及び柔軟な腰部5を1つずつ含む。二層ディスク6の外側の中央には、1つの固定端64が設けられる。
図9は、本発明の他の実施形態に係る閉鎖栓を示す側面図である。本実施形態に係る閉鎖栓は、単層ディスク4、二層ディスク6及び腰部5を1つずつ含む。二層ディスク6及び腰部5は、第一実施形態の図2及び図3に示す構成と類似する。
従来技術による動脈管開存(PDA)閉鎖栓の多くは、複数の編組線から構成された一体的な構造であって、大動脈内に位置する厚いディスク状構造を有するが、腰部がなくて、剛性が強い。大動脈と動脈管の間の角度が小さくて、90度に接近しない場合、大動脈内に配置されたディスク状構造は、一辺が起き上がり、血管壁によく貼り合わせることができない。さらに、ディスク状構造は厚さが明らかであり且つ十分に扁平でないことから、血流の乱れを引き起こす。また、大動脈内に配置されたディスク状構造は、変形に自動的に適応されず、壁に貼り合わせる効果に影響を与える。大動脈内に大きい血流の障害物がある場合、高速に流れる血流が障害物に衝突して赤血球の破裂を引き起こして、深刻な合併症を引き起こす恐れもある。
Claims (22)
- 単層ディスクと栓体を含む閉鎖栓であって、前記単層ディスク及び前記栓体を連結する腰部をさらに含み、前記単層ディスクは、弾性編組線が編組されてなる、連動機構と放射状に配置された複数の支持棒とを含み、
前記連動機構は、前記複数の支持棒の弾性編組線が前記単層ディスクの中央を周回して編組されてなり、前記複数の支持棒は、前記連動機構によって一体に連結され、
前記単層ディスクの最大厚さは、編組される前記弾性編組線の直径の和と同じであることを特徴とする、閉鎖栓。 - 前記単層ディスクの中央付近に接近する領域で、前記複数の支持棒の1つ支持棒の各編組線は他の複数の支持棒の複数の編組線と順次重なり合って前記連動機構を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 各前記支持棒の横断面は、1組の2本から8本の弾性編組線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記単層ディスクの複数の支持棒は、対をなすように配置され、各対の支持棒は、単層ディスクの同一直径に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 各対の前記支持棒の各組の弾性編組線は2つのサブグループに分けられ、前記2つのサブグループの弾性編組線はそれぞれ前記連動機構の中心点の両側から前記中心点を迂回することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記支持棒は、L字状、S字状または円弧状に折り曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記支持棒の端部に接近する一端はばね状に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 各前記支持棒の端部には鈍化部が設けられ、前記鈍化部は、前記編組線の端部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記単層ディスクの縁部と前記栓体の距離は、前記栓体の中心と前記単層ディスクの間の距離より短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記単層ディスクは、M字状の縦断面を有して中央が突出する構造であり、前記連動機構は前記栓体に向かって突出し、前記支持棒の端部は、前記栓体に向かって折り曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記単層ディスクは、流れ阻止膜をさらに含み、前記流れ阻止膜は、前記支持棒及び前記連動機構を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記栓体には、1つの固定装置が設置され、前記栓体の弾性編組線の端部は、前記固定装置により固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記固定装置には、前記閉鎖栓に連結するかまたは連結解除するためのねじ溝が設置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記栓体は、1つの内側網及び1つの外側網を含み、前記内側網及び外側網は、共通の弾性編組線から編組されてなり、前記内側網は、前記単層ディスクと前記外側網との間に位置し、前記内側網は前記単層ディスクに面し、前記腰部は前記内側網に連結され、前記固定装置は前記外側網に設置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記単層ディスクは独立した腰部を通じて前記栓体に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記腰部は、少なくとも1本の連結線を含み、前記連結線は、前記単層ディスク及び前記栓体を連結することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記腰部は、少なくとも1本の連結線により形成された閉ループを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記腰部は複数の閉ループを含み、各前記閉ループは独立した1本の連結線により構成され、または前記腰部は、1本の連結線が単層ディスクと前記栓体を繰り返して貫通することにより構成されたマルチターンの閉コイルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記閉ループまたはマルチターンの閉コイルが最長に伸張された場合、各閉ループまたはマルチターンの閉コイルの長軸は2〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記腰部は、少なくとも1本の連結線を含み、前記連結線の直径は0.3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 前記腰部には、フレキシブルな繊維が付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
- 互いに隣接する2つの支持棒の間の角度は、30°から150°までの間で変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉鎖栓。
