Claims (37)
- ユーザの手からの手動力に応じて少量の流体を吐出する吐出器であって、該吐出器は: 上部に開口部を有する流体容器;
前記流体容器の下部に設置される力感応取着装置;
ユーザの手からの手動力を受ける可動システム;
吐出室組立体;
前記吐出室組立体の下部から前記流体容器を通り前記流体容器の下部まで延伸する柱管であって、前記吐出室組立体から前記流体容器の下部に、手動力の一部又は全てを伝達するよう構成及び配設され、前記流体容器内から前記吐出室組立体の内部に流体を通過可能にする柱管
を備え、
ユーザの手からの手動力は:
少量の流体を、前記吐出室組立体に出し、吐出器から吐出させ;且つ
前記柱管を介して力を伝達することによって、力を、前記流体容器の下部にある前記力感応取着装置に印加させ、それにより吐出器の載置面に対する吐出器の安定性を高める、吐出器。 - 前記吐出室組立体は、バネ室組立体であり、前記可動システムは、前記バネ室組立体内のバネを、ユーザの手からの手動力に応じて圧縮させるように構成され配置される、請求項1に記載の吐出器。
- 吐出器は、ポンプ吐出器であり、前記バネ室組立体は、流体を通過可能にするために、前記バネ室組立体の上部及び下部に逆止弁を含む、請求項2に記載の吐出器。
- 前記バネ室組立体は、前記流体容器の上部にある開口部内に設置される、請求項3に記載の吐出器。
- 前記バネ室組立体内のバネの片端部は、前記バネ室組立体の下部に、又は下部付近に固着される、請求項2に記載の吐出器。
- 前記バネ室組立体内のバネは、前記バネ室組立体内の室内部に存在する、請求項2に記載の吐出器。
- 前記バネ室組立体は、前記流体容器の上面には取着されず、前記流体容器がキャップを有する場合、前記キャップにも取着されない、請求項2に記載の吐出器。
- 円盤は、前記柱管と前記力感応取着装置との間に介在される、請求項2に記載の吐出器。
- 全手動力の一部又は全ては、真直ぐ下方向に、前記力感応取着装置に伝達される、請求項2に記載の吐出器。

ユーザの手からの手動力により、少量の流体を、前記流体容器から前記吐出室組立体とステムの組合せを通して吐出させ、ユーザの手からの手動力は、力を、前記吐出室組立体とステムの組合せの下部から前記流体容器の下部に、そこから前記柱管を有する前記流体容器の下部の外部にある前記力感応取着装置に伝達することによって、圧力を、前記流体容器の下部の外部にある前記力感応取着装置に、印加する方法。 - 前記吐出室組立体とステムの組合せの吐出室組立体は、バネ室組立体である、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 確実に、前記バネ室組立体とステムの組合せが、前記流体容器の上面に取着されないようにするステップを更に含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
