Claims (14)
- 円筒状のジャケット(2)と、両端部においてローラで圧延され、丸められ、中心に位置決めされた、複数の開口部(4,5)を有する複数の端面側(3)とで構成された、低温で貯蔵された媒体のための圧力容器(1)であって、前記開口部が溶接された複数のインサート(6,7)によって閉鎖されており、少なくとも1つの第1のインサート(6)が少なくとも複数の充填及び取出し装置(8)を備えている前記圧力容器において、
前記インサート(6,7)が軸受を形成し、前記インサートには少なくとも1つのタンク熱交換器(14)が設けられていること、及び前記タンク熱交換器(14)が、2つの配管(16,17)すなわち前記第1のインサート(6)に個別に設けられ、第2のインサート(7)に結合装置(20)を介して共に支持されている送り配管(16)及び戻し配管(17)で構成されており、前記送り配管(16)が、前記第1のインサート(6)における充填開口部を介して当該圧力容器(1)の外部から低温の媒体を送り込むことができ、低温の媒体が、後続の過程において前記送り配管(16)を通り前記結合装置(20)を介して前記戻し配管(17)へ流れ、該戻し配管から第1の出口開口部を介して当該圧力容器(1)へ流れるか、又は前記第1のインサート(6)を通って該第1のインサートにおける流出開口部を介して当該圧力容器(1)から導出されることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記タンク熱交換器(14)が軸方向に前記第1のインサート(6)から第2のインサート(7)へ向かって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記第1の出口開口部が、前記戻し配管(17)において、前記第1のインサート(6)の近傍に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記第1の出口開口部が、前記第1のインサート(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記タンク熱交換器(14)の前記配管(16,17)が少なくとも部分的に外部で複数の熱交換薄板ディスク(25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記インサート(6,7)が複数の軸受(18’,19’,21,22)を形成し、これら軸受に前記充填及び取出し装置(8)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記充填及び取出し装置(8)が軸方向において前記第1のインサート(6)から前記第2のインサート(7)へ向かって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記充填及び取出し装置(8)が別の2つの配管(18,19)すなわち前記第1のインサート(6)において個別に支持され、前記第2のインサート(7)において前記結合装置(20)を介して支持されている充填配管(19)及び取出し配管(18)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記充填配管(19)が前記第1のインサート(6)における充填開口部を介して当該圧力容器(1)の外部から低温の媒体を送り込まれることができ、低温の媒体が、後続の過程において前記充填配管(19)を通して前記結合装置(20)の近傍まで流れ、及びここから前記充填配管(19)における第2の出口開口部(30)を介して当該圧力容器(1)内へ流れることを特徴とする請求項8記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記取出し配管(18)が取出し開口部(31)を有しており、該取出し開口部を通して圧力容器内容物の低温の媒体が前記取出し配管(18)内へ流れることができ、低温の媒体が、後続の過程において前記取出し配管(18)から前記第1のインサート(6)を通して流れ、したがって当該圧力容器(1)の外部で取出され得ることを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記取出し配管(18)が前記充填配管(19)の上方に設けられているか、又は支持されており、前記4つの配管(16,17,18,19)が共に当該圧力容器(1)の中心軸線(32)に対して対称に位置して配置され、四角形が緊張されるように、前記送り配管(16)が、前記戻し配管(17)の近傍で、前記第1のインサート(6)及び前記結合装置(20)に設けられているか、又は支持されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記4つの配管(16,17,18,19)がこれらの間に挿入された複数の間隙保持具(26)によって互いに間隔をもって保持されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 軽金属材料から成る前記取出し配管(18)、前記充填配管(19)、前記送り配管(16)及び前記戻し配管(17)が継ぎ目なしに引き抜きされていることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記取出し配管(18)、前記充填配管(19)、前記送り配管(16)及び前記戻し配管(17)が、溶接によって気密に前記第1のインサート(6)及び前記結合装置(20)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器(1)。
