Claims (8)
- 電気コネクタのためのコンタクトであって、
コンタクト部材(1)と、
長手方向軸(L)に沿って延在し、且つ、前記コンタクト部材(1)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む箱状のフード(2)とを備え、前記フード(2)が、シート状金属部品を箱状に曲げることにより形成されており、当該箱状の部分が、前記長手方向軸(L)に沿って延在した4つの外壁(11,12,13,14)を有し、且つ、開口部(16)を有する前側(15)を有し、当該開口部(16)が、相手方コンタクト部材を前記長手方向軸(L)の方向に、前記コンタクト部材(1)と接触させるために前記箱状のフード(2)内に挿入するためのものであり、
前記シート状金属部品が、第1の当接縁(23)を有する第1連結部(21)と、第2の当接縁(24)を有する第2連結部(22)とを有し、前記第1の当接縁と第2の当接縁と(23,24)が互いに当接しているコンタクトにおいて、
前記第1連結部(21)に第1連結要素(27)が前記前側(15)にて設けられており、且つ、
前記第2連結部(22)に第2連結要素(28)が前記前側(15)にて設けられており、且つ、
前記第1連結要素(27)と前記第2連結要素(28)とが、前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部と(21,22)を互いに分離させないように前記第1連結部(21)と前記第2連結部(22)とをロックするために互いに係合しており、
前記第1連結要素が、前記4つの外壁(11,12,13,14)の第1の外壁(11)と一体の、前記開口部(16)に設けられ且つ内側に曲げられた第1のフラップ(27)であり、且つ、
前記第2連結要素が、前記4つの外壁(11,12,13,14)の第2の外壁(14)と一体の、前記開口部に設けられ且つ内側に曲げられた第2のフラップ(28)であることを特徴とする、コンタクト。 - 前記第1のフラップ(27)がスロット(30)を有し、且つ前記第2のフラップ(28)が当該スロット(30)に係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクト。
- 前記第1連結部及び前記第2連結部の一方(22)が、前記第1連結部及び第2連結部の他方(21)の面内に曲げられた延長部(25)を有し、且つ、
前記延長部(25)が、前記他方の連結部(21)と共に、前記箱状のフード(2)の前記外壁の1つ(11)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコンタクト。 - 前記第2連結部(22)が、前記第1連結部(21)の面内に曲げられた前記延長部(25)を有し、且つ、
前記延長部(25)が、前記第1連結部(21)と共に、前記箱状のフード(2)の前記外壁の1つ(11)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のコンタクト。 - 前記第2のフラップ(28)が、前記開口部(16)を通って前記フード(2)内に入るように内側及び後ろ側に曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト。
- 前記第2のフラップ(28)が、前記第2連結部(22)の壁部(26)に平行に配置された係合部(32)を有し、且つ、
前記コンタクト部材(1)の接触アーム(7)が前記係合部(32)と前記壁部(26)との間に達していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコンタクト。 - 前記係合部(32)が、前記係合部(32)を前記壁部(26)に接続しているベース部(31)と一体であり、且つ、
前記第2のフラップ(28)の前記係合部(32)が前記第1のフラップ(27)の前記スロット(30)と係合し、且つ、
前記第1のフラップ(27)の支持部(33)が前記ベース部(31)と前記コンタクト部材(1)との間に配置され、且つ、第1の長手方向において前記ベース部(31)に対して支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコンタクト。 - 前記第1の当接縁と第2の当接縁と(23,24)が、互いに第2の長手方向に移動しないように支持する段状部(34)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト。
