Description
本発明は、離層可能であり、温室(又はグリーンハウス)又は農業用トンネルなどの農業構造物(又はアグリカルチュラル ストラクチャ)と組合せて使用するのに及び包装用途に適する層を有する多層ポリマーフィルム又はシートに関する。より詳細には、本発明は、異なるポリマー組成物の少なくとも2つの隣接層を有するポリマーフィルムに関する。層が互いにほとんど付着せず、従って分離可能なポストプロダクションである。ポリマーフィルム又はシートは、公知の押出ブロー又はキャスト(鋳造)技術を用いて共押出しされる。
温室、又は農業用トンネルなどのような他の農業構造物は、作物及び食物の栽培のための好ましい環境を用意するように誂えられたポリマー材料を含む可撓性フィルムにより覆うことができる。カバーは、太陽放射を選択的に濾光することによって温室効果をもたらすように、及び不利な天候条件下で成長する作物のための保護をもたらすように使用される。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、農業構造物又は温室を覆う多層ポリマーフィルムが提供され、フィルムは、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)それに結合されている少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層を含み、層(i)と(ii)が、互いに容易に離層可能であり、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、及びフィルムが、30%以上の光透過率(視感透過率)を有することを特徴とする。好ましくは、離層は、その場で、すなわち農業構造物や温室で使用するときに行われる。
本発明は、農業構造物と組合せて使用するための多層ポリマーフィルムを開示している。伝統的なフレーム温室、測地フレーム温室とトンネル温室を含む多種多様な構造が、植物の成長のために利用可能である。本明細書に記載の本発明は、特に商業規模の温室に適している。フィルムは、温室の一部又は全部に使用することができる。温室という用語は、日光にさらされる任意の形態の農業構造物(栽培面積が、作物及び植物等の成長のために、または準備完了植物の提示及び販売のために規定されている)を意味するように用いられる。それは、また、様々な用途、例えば、倉庫、畜産建物として、人などのための一時的な避難所として使用できるプラスチックフィルムで覆われる任意の金属又は木製の構造を規定するように使用される。
本明細書の開示内容は、以下の態様を含み得る。
(態様1)
農業構造物又は温室を覆う多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)それに結合されている少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層とを含み、層(i)と層(ii)が、互いに容易に離層可能であり、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、多層ポリマーフィルム。
(態様2)
農業構造物又は温室を覆う多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層とを含み、層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも80%が、離層されており、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、多層ポリマーフィルム。
(態様3)
層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも90%、好ましくは、少なくとも95%が、互いに離層されていることを特徴とする、態様2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様4)
層(i)と層(ii)が、250g/15ミリメートル未満、好ましくは100g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有することを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様5)
ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む層(i)が、20重量%以上、好ましくは50重量%以上、より好ましくは75重量%以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様6)
層(i)のポリマーが、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/6、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6/610、ポリアミド6/6T、ポリアミド6/3T、ポリアミド6T、ポリアミド9T、ポリアミド4/6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6/10、ポリアミド6/69、ポリアミド66/610、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド5/10、ポリアミド6I、ポリアミドナノ複合体、エチレンビニルアルコール及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様7)
層(ii)が、10重量%以上、好ましくは、50重量%以上の1以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様8)
ポリアミド、エチレンビニルアルコール及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む層(i)が、0.03〜300μm、好ましくは、1〜200μmの厚さを有し、フィルムの合計厚さが、50〜1000μm、好ましくは、150〜600μmであり、フィルムの合計幅が、1〜25メートルであることを特徴とする、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様9)
前記フィルムが、1〜20の追加層、好ましくは、1〜10の追加層、さらにより好ましくは、3、4、5、6又は7の追加層を更に含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様10)
前記フィルムが、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、液垂れ防止剤、くもり防止剤、防塵剤、IR吸収剤、核形成剤、スリップ剤、発泡剤、ナノ複合材料及びそれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される化学的又は無機添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様11)
前記フィルムが、ブロー又はキャスト共押出によって得られることを特徴とする、態様1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様12)
前記フィルムを農業構造物又は温室の少なくとも一部を覆うように使用する農業構造物又は温室と組合せた態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム又はシートの使用。
(態様13)
態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムによりその少なくとも一部が覆われていることを特徴とする農業構造物又は温室。
(態様14)
(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層との間に気体を挿入する工程を含む、態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムにより農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法。
(態様15)
気体、好ましくは、大気を、20キロパスカル未満、好ましくは15キロパスカル未満の圧力で層(i)と(ii)との間に挿入することを特徴とする、態様14に記載の農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法。
Claims (15)
- 農業構造物又は温室を覆う膨張可能な共押出多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)エチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)それに結合されている少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層とを含み、層(i)と層(ii)が、ASTM D1876にて測定される250g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有し、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、共押出多層ポリマーフィルム。
- 農業構造物又は温室を覆う膨張可能な共押出多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)エチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層とを含み、層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも50%が、離層することができ、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、共押出多層ポリマーフィルム。
- 層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも75%が、互いに離層され得ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 層(i)と層(ii)が、100g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 2以上の層が、当該ポリマーフィルムの外側の縁の一部または全部で封止されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、離層しない領域を含み、好ましくは該フィルムの離層しない領域が、付着材料または結合材料を含むか、あるいは該フィルムの離層しない領域が、熱処理またはプラズマ処理されているか、またはメカニカルブロッキングに供されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- エチレンビニルアルコールを含む層(i)が、20重量%以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 層(ii)が、10重量%以上の1以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 層(i)が、0.03〜300μmの厚さを有し、フィルムの合計厚さが、50〜1000μmであり、フィルムの合計幅が、1〜25メートルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 層(i)がさらにポリビニルアルコールを含む、請求項9に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、1〜20の追加層を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、液垂れ防止剤、くもり防止剤、防塵剤、IR吸収剤、核形成剤、スリップ剤、発泡剤、ナノ複合材料及びそれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される化学的又は無機添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ブロー共押出物又はキャスト共押出物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記フィルムを農業構造物又は温室の少なくとも一部を覆うように使用する農業構造物又は温室と組合せた請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムの使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムによりその少なくとも一部が覆われていることを特徴とする農業構造物又は温室。
