Description
本明細書の開示内容は、以下の態様を含み得る。
(態様1)
農業構造物又は温室を覆う多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)それに結合されている少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層を含み、層(i)と層(ii)が、互いに容易に離層可能であり、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、多層ポリマーフィルム。
(態様2)
農業構造物又は温室を覆う多層ポリマーフィルムであって、該フィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層を含み、層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも80%が、離層され、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、フィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、多層ポリマーフィルム。
(態様3)
層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも90%、好ましくは、少なくとも95%が、互いに離層されることを特徴とする、態様2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様4)
層(i)と層(ii)が、250g/15ミリメートル未満、好ましくは100g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有することを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様5)
ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む層(i)が、20重量%以上、好ましくは50重量%以上、より好ましくは75重量%以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様6)
層(i)のポリマーが、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/6、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6/610、ポリアミド6/6T、ポリアミド6/3T、ポリアミド6T、ポリアミド9T、ポリアミド4/6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6/10、ポリアミド6/69、ポリアミド66/610、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド5/10、ポリアミド6I、ポリアミドナノ複合体、エチレンビニルアルコール及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様7)
層(ii)が、10重量%以上、好ましくは、50重量%以上の1以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様8)
ポリアミド、エチレンビニルアルコール及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む層(i)が、0.03〜300μm、好ましくは、1〜200μmの厚さを有し、フィルムの合計厚さが、50〜1000μm、好ましくは、150〜600μmであり、フィルムの合計幅が、1〜25メートルであることを特徴とする、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様9)
フィルムが、1〜20の追加層、好ましくは、1〜10の追加層、さらにより好ましくは、3、4、5、6又は7の追加層を更に含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様10)
フィルムが、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、液垂れ防止剤、くもり防止剤、防塵剤、IR吸収剤、核形成剤、スリップ剤、発泡剤、ナノ複合材料及びそれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される化学的又は無機添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様11)
フィルムが、ブロー又はキャスト共押出によって得られることを特徴とする、態様1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
(態様12)
フィルムを農業構造物又は温室の少なくとも一部を覆うように使用する農業構造物又は温室と組合せた態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム又はシートの使用。
(態様13)
態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムによりその少なくとも一部が覆われていることを特徴とする農業構造物又は温室。
(態様14)
(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層の間に気体を挿入する工程を含む、態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムにより農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法。
(態様15)
気体、好ましくは、大気を、20キロパスカル未満、好ましくは15キロパスカル未満の圧力で層(i)と(ii)の間に挿入することを特徴とする、態様14に記載の農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法。
Claims (13)
- 膨張可能な多層ポリマーフィルムにより農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法であって、
該多層ポリマーフィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)それに結合されている少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層を含み、層(i)と層(ii)が、ASTM D1876にて測定される250g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有し、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該多層ポリマーフィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有し、該多層ポリマーフィルムが共押出により製造されることを特徴とし、
前記(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と前記(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層の間に気体を挿入する工程を含む、
方法。 - 膨張可能な多層ポリマーフィルムにより農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法であって、
該多層ポリマーフィルムが、(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と、(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層を含み、層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも80%が、離層することができ、少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(ii)が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含み、該多層ポリマーフィルムが、30%以上の光透過率を有し、該多層ポリマーフィルムが共押出により製造されることを特徴とし、
前記(i)ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む少なくとも1つの層と前記(ii)少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層の間に気体を挿入する工程を含む、
方法。 - 層(i)と層(ii)の少なくとも90%が、互いに離層され得ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 層(i)と層(ii)が、100g/15ミリメートル未満の平均離層強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド及び/又はエチレンビニルアルコールを含む層(i)が、20重量%以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 層(i)のポリマーが、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/6、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6/610、ポリアミド6/6T、ポリアミド6/3T、ポリアミド6T、ポリアミド9T、ポリアミド4/6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6/10、ポリアミド6/69、ポリアミド66/610、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド5/10、ポリアミド6I、ポリアミドナノ複合体、エチレンビニルアルコール及びそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多層ポリマーフィルムの層(ii)が、10重量%以上の1以上の前記ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド、エチレンビニルアルコール及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む層(i)が、0.03〜300μmの厚さを有し、フィルムの合計厚さが、50〜1000μmであり、フィルムの合計幅が、1〜25メートルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フィルムが、1〜20の追加層を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フィルムが、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、液垂れ防止剤、くもり防止剤、防塵剤、IR吸収剤、核形成剤、スリップ剤、発泡剤、ナノ複合材料及びそれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される化学的又は無機添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フィルムが、ブロー又はキャスト共押出によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多層ポリマーフィルムを農業構造物又は温室の少なくとも一部を覆うように使用する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 大気圧よりも大きな圧力の気体を層(i)と(ii)の間に挿入することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の農業構造物又は温室を覆う方法。
