SiO2 40〜55%
Al2O3 0〜10%
B2O3 25〜55%
Na2O 0〜5%
K2O 0〜5%
Li2O 0〜10%
を有しており(又は、境界値を含めて上記範囲内の上記成分を含んでおり)、更に色素の割合がフリット/色素混合物の40〜65重量%(好ましくは45〜60重量%)であり、当該物品は更に前記エナメル被膜と向かい合う拡散ゾーンを含む、ガラスセラミック物品によって達成される。
SiO2 45〜50%
Al2O3 2〜8%、有利には3〜6%
B2O3 27〜50%、有利には27〜45%
Na2O 2〜3%
K2O 0.5〜3%、有利には1〜2%
Li2O 2〜6%、有利には3〜5%
からなることが好ましい。
この例では、製造した物品は平坦なクッキングモジュールであって、Eurokera社によってKeraBlack+又はKeraVisionの呼称で市販されている半透明の黒色ガラスセラミックプレート(基材)を含むモジュールである。このプレートは平滑な上面と平滑な下面とを有しており、上記物品はプレートの下にそれと向かい合わせて固定された光源を更に含む。
上述のエナメルの代わりに、次の組成、すなわち、SiO2:41.7%、Al2O3:18.5%、Li2O:2.1%、B2O3:28.0%、Na2O:0.9%、K2O:3.5%、CaO:2.8%、のガラスフリット70%と、220946の呼称でFerro社によって市販されているCoSiをベースとする黒色色素30重量%で構成されるエナメルを使用する。セラミック化及びエナメルの焼成後に、ガラスセラミックの下方の、オン/オフパターンの位置にあるオン/オフ制御ボタンLEDの光は、エナメル内に拡散し、オン/オフパターンの十分な画定を妨げる。更に、使用するフリットの軟化点(590℃)は、本発明による例のフリットのそれ(515℃)と比較して非常に高く、このフリットと関連し得る色素含有率は、ガラスセラミック表面上での良好な層形成を可能としないエナメルが得られるのを承知の上で制限される。
Claims (9)
- 加熱エレメントを覆い又は受容することを特に目的としたガラスセラミック物品、特にガラスセラミックプレートであり、少なくとも1つの発光パターンを含む、特に表示のための、少なくとも1つの発光ゾーンを備えたガラスセラミック物品であって、少なくとも1つのガラスセラミック基材と、少なくとも1つの光源と、少なくとも1つのエナメル被膜とを含んでいて、該エナメル被膜が前記ゾーンのうちの少なくとも一部を被覆しており、そして該エナメル被膜の範囲内に前記パターンの形状で非被覆領域が形成されており、該エナメルの組成物が少なくとも1種のガラスフリットと少なくとも1種の色素とを含んでいて、該ガラスフリットが下記成分、すなわち、
SiO2 40〜55%
Al2O3 0〜10%
B2O3 25〜55%
Na2O 0〜5%
K2O 0〜5%
Li2O 0〜10%
を含み、更に色素の比率がフリット/色素混合物の40〜65重量%であり、該物品は更に該エナメル被膜と向かい合う拡散ゾーンを含んでいる、ガラスセラミック物品。 - 前記ガラスフリットが、
SiO2 45〜50%
Al2O3 3〜6%
B2O3 27〜45%
Na2O 2〜3%
K2O 1〜2%
Li2O 3〜5%
からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。 - 前記エナメル被膜が前記基材の1つの面上に、特に前記ガラスセラミックの上面に被着されており、前記拡散ゾーンが前記基材の反対側の面上にあって、特に該エナメル被膜とほぼ同じ形状及び/又は大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 前記光源が前記ガラスセラミック上の適切な操作ゾーンの位置に指を置くことにより容量式のメカニズムによって作動され、この操作ゾーンは該ガラスセラミックの表面に、特に前記発光ゾーンに対応して、表示されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの1項に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 前記発光ゾーンが、特に触れるによる当該ゾーンの位置の特定を可能にするように、1以上の凸部及び/又は凹部でできた起伏部内に位置しており、該起伏部が例えば1以上の幾何学的パターンの形態をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの1項に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 視感透過率が0.8%〜40%、好ましくは0.8%〜5%、特に0.8〜2%の範囲であり、波長625nmについての光透過率が少なくとも3.5%である基材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までの1項に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 当該物品又は前記基材がクッキングプレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までの1項に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 当該ガラスセラミック物品が、例えば制御パネル上に位置していて少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンがオンであるかオフであるかを示すのを目的とする少なくとも1つの発光ゾーンを含んでおり、前記エナメル被膜が例えば円板の形態をなしていて、その中心に、制御ボタンであることを示すパターンに従って非被覆領域が形成されており、このボタンの操作は、例えば当該ボタンの上に指を置くことにより容量式のメカニズムに従ってなされ、前記拡散ゾーンは前記光源の上に位置しており、そして例えば、スクリーン印刷された被膜の形状に例えば相当する円形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までの1項に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 1以上の加熱エレメント、例えば1以上の輻射エレメントもしくはハロゲンエレメント及び/又は1以上の大気ガスバーナー及び/又は1以上の誘導加熱手段、を有する、請求項1から8までの1項に記載の物品又は請求項1から8までの1項に記載の物品を有する調理用及び/又は高温維持用の装置。
