Claims (3)
- ボトルカバー(1)、弾性袋(2)、ピストン棒(3)、ピストン(4)、液体進入一方向弁(6)、ガス進入一方向弁(8)を含み、弾性袋(2)は、口部に、前記ボトルカバー(1)の接続用の環状壁(1.1)に密封して取り付けられた接続部(2.1)がある中空の薄壁袋であり、ボトルカバー(1)の進入孔(1.8)に連通する進入管(2.4)を有し、前記進入孔(1.8)の一側に前記ガス進入一方向弁(8)が取り付けられ、弾性袋及びボトルカバーが弾性袋空気ポンプの主体を構成し、ピストン棒(3)、ピストン(4)及びボトルカバーのシリンダが液体ピストンポンプの主体を構成し、ピストン棒の上端(3.1)が弾性袋(2)の上壁接続部(2.3)に固定され、ピストン棒(3)の下端に前記ピストン(4)が取り付けられ、前記ボトルカバー(1)の中央にシリンダ(1.2)が設けられ、シリンダ(1.2)の底部に管口(1.3)が設けられ、管口(1.3)は、上端に前記液体進入一方向弁(6)が取り付けられ、下端に外部のローションボトルに伸ばすためのガイドパイプ(7)が接続され、前記ピストン棒(3)がピストン4と連接して共に前記シリンダ(1.2)内に伸入し、ピストン(4)の外壁がシリンダ(1.2)の内壁に対して動的に密封され、前記弾性袋による泡ポンプは、更に、液体及び空気の出口混合通路を有し、
前記ボトルカバー(1)におけるシリンダ(1.2)の上端の外側に小環状壁から囲まれた貯蔵タンク(1.4)が設けられ、前記貯蔵タンク(1.4)がフォームタンク(1.6)を介してボトルカバー出口(1.7)に接続され、貯蔵タンク(1.4)とフォームタンク(1.6)との間に溢出口(1.5)が設けられ、フォームタンク(1.6)に泡立網(9)が設けられ、貯蔵タンク(1.4)及びフォームタンク(1.6)に貯蔵タンクカバー(5)がカバーされ、前記貯蔵タンクカバー(5)は、弾性体であり、貯蔵タンク及びフォームタンクの外壁に固定し密封されることに用いられ、その内に溢出口(1.5)に対向する第1のヒンジ(5.1)が設けられ、出口一方向弁になり、前記貯蔵タンクカバー(5)にピストン棒(3)を貫通させるための円状孔(5.2)が設けられ、円状孔(5.2)とピストン棒(3)との間に形成された環状隙間が弾性袋(2)の空気通路となり、前記ピストン(4)の上端に液体出口一方向弁(4.1)が付き、前記ピストン棒(3)の側壁に、液体を貫通させて貯蔵タンク(1.4)に流れさせるための出口孔(3.2)があり、貯蔵タンク(1.4)及びフォームタンク(1.6)と貯蔵タンクカバー(5)との間の空間は、泡沫を弾性袋(2)の下側壁のノズル(2.2)に出力するための、前記液体及び空気の出口混合通路であることを特徴とする弾性袋による泡ポンプ。 - ボトルカバー(1)、弾性袋(2)、ピストン棒(3)、ピストン(4)、液体進入一方向弁(6)、ガス進入一方向弁(8)を含み、弾性袋(2)は、口部に、前記ボトルカバー(1)の接続用の環状壁(1.1)に密封して取り付けられた接続部(2.1)がある中空の薄壁袋であり、ボトルカバー(1)の進入孔(1.8)に連通する進入管(2.4)を有し、前記進入孔(1.8)の一側に前記ガス進入一方向弁(8)が取り付けられ、弾性袋及びボトルカバーが弾性袋空気ポンプの主体を構成し、ピストン棒(3)、ピストン(4)及びボトルカバーのシリンダが液体ピストンポンプの主体を構成し、ピストン棒の上端(3.1)が弾性袋(2)の上壁接続部(2.3)に固定され、ピストン棒(3)の下端に前記ピストン(4)が取り付けられ、前記ボトルカバー(1)の中央にシリンダ(1.2)が設けられ、シリンダ(1.2)の底部に管口(1.3)が設けられ、管口(1.3)は、上端に前記液体進入一方向弁(6)が取り付けられ、下端に外部のローションボトルに伸ばすためのガイドパイプ(7)が接続され、前記ピストン棒(3)がピストン4と連接して共に前記シリンダ(1.2)内に伸入し、ピストン(4)の外壁がシリンダ(1.2)の内壁に対して動的に密封され、前記弾性袋による泡ポンプは、更に、液体及び空気の出口混合通路を有し、
前記ピストン棒(3)は、上端口が前記弾性袋(2)の上壁接続部(2.3)に固定され、上端に液体出口(3.3)を有し、弾性袋(2)の上壁接続部(2.3)がガス出口(2.5)を有し、前記上壁接続部(2.3)内に出口一方向弁(11)が取り付けられ、前記上壁接続部(2.3)の上端のスプレーヘッドインタフェース(10.1)にスプレーヘッド(10)が密封するように接続され、スプレーヘッド(10)の一側に、一端がスプレーヘッド(10)のノズル(2.2)に伸ばした泡立網(9)が設けられ、前記出口混合通路がスプレーヘッド(10)のノズル(2.2)の出口に開けられ、前記の弾性袋は、螺旋状の厚壁及び薄壁により囲まれてなり、又は金属ばね及び袋体で一体的に射出成形されることを特徴とする弾性袋による泡ポンプ。 - 前記ボトルカバー(1)にシールリング(12)が設けられ、前記シールリング(12)にボトルカバー(1)の釣合い穴(1.9)に対向する第2のヒンジ(12.1)がある請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弾性袋による泡ポンプ。
