Description
Claims (2)
- 供給液からの蒸発可能成分のキャリアガスへの加湿方法において、前記方法が、
前記蒸発可能成分を含む前記供給液を多段加湿器の第2段加湿器チャンバへ流入させて第2加湿温度の第2段加湿器浴を形成するステップであって、前記多段加湿器が一体構造であり、これらの段がスパージャプレートによってのみ分離されるステップと、
前記第2段加湿器チャンバからの供給液の第1残余を前記多段加湿器の第1段加湿器チャンバへ流入させて第1加湿温度の第1段加湿器浴を形成するステップであって、前記第1加湿温度が前記第2加湿温度未満であり、前記第1段加湿浴および第2段加湿浴が、当該浴を通る前記キャリアガスの流れに垂直に測定された幅と、前記キャリアガスの流れに平行に測定された高さとを有するものであるステップと、
前記供給液の第2残余を前記第1段加湿器チャンバから除去するステップと、
前記キャリアガスを前記第1段チャンバの前記第1段加湿器浴へ注入し、かつ、前記キャリアガスを前記第1段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化するステップであって、そこで、前記キャリアガスが蒸気の形態の前記蒸発可能成分を前記供給液の前記第1残余から取集して、前記キャリアガスを前記蒸発可能成分で部分的に加湿し、前記キャリアガスが前記第1段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化されるときに、前記供給液が前記第1段加湿器浴中の連続した大部分の相を維持するとともに、前記第1段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化するキャリアガスを伴う前記第1段加湿器浴の幅が、その高さの少なくとも2倍であるステップと、
前記部分的に加湿されたキャリアガスを前記第1加湿器チャンバから、前記一体構造から出ることなく前記スパージャープレートを通って直接的に前記第2段加湿器チャンバの前記第2段加湿器浴へ向け、かつ、前記キャリアガスを前記第2段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化するステップであって、前記キャリアガスがより多くの蒸気の形態の前記蒸発可能成分を前記供給液から取集して、前記キャリアガスを前記蒸発可能成分でさらに加湿し、前記キャリアガスが前記第2段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化されるときに、前記供給液が前記第2段加湿器浴中の連続した大部分の相を維持するとともに、前記第2段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化するキャリアガスを伴う前記第2段加湿器浴の幅が、その高さの少なくとも2倍であるステップと、
前記第1段加湿器浴を、前記部分的に加湿したキャリガスが前記スパージャープレートを通過する前に前記第1段加湿器浴中の気泡からの前記部分的に加湿したキャリガスを満たした前記第1段加湿器チャンバ中の上部ガス領域によって、前記第2段加湿器浴から分離するステップと、
前記加湿されたキャリアガスを前記第2段加湿器チャンバから除去するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記第2段加湿器チャンバへ流入する前記供給液が、第3段加湿器チャンバの第3加湿温度の第3段加湿器浴からの液体の残余であり、前記第3加湿温度は前記第2加湿温度より高く、前記方法が、前記加湿されたキャリアガスを前記第2段加湿器チャンバから前記第3段加湿器チャンバの前記第3段加湿器浴へ向けるステップと、前記加湿されたキャリアガスを前記第3段加湿器浴を通じて気泡化するステップと、をさらに含み、前記加湿されたキャリアガスが前記第3段浴からのより多くの蒸気の形態の前記蒸発可能成分でさらに加湿されることを特徴とする、方法。
